Do NOT order from here. I placed a small order in October. It is now April! I was excited and wanted to replace my whole wardrobe with this site but wanted to see the quality first and only ordered one clothing item as well as some earrings. I'm so happy I did. I believe other (good) reviews and youtube videos are a part of the scam. Tickets go unresolved. They write to you until you give up. Thank goodness my order was only in the $20s. Save your money!
Yes, the items are smaller as many have stated. Yes, it takes a long time to get what you order. But I'm not sure what people expected for such a cheap price. After ordering and THEN reading the reviews, I never expected to receive my two items (pea coat and hoodie). They came today, and will make excellent gifts for someone much smaller than me. They kept me advised all along the way (shipped 12/5/15 and received today, 12/18/15 - I did not pay for expedited shipping. I always take the "slow boat" as I'm never in a hurry). I think they do the best they can and buyers appear to expect too much. I would place an order again and probably will at some point - just at much larger sizes. And knowing they'll come eventually...
Sammydress.com only sent me half my order. There customer service number is fake and their complaint tickets online they say will be replied to in 24 hours. I submitted multiple tickets 3 weeks ago and still no reply. They ripped me off $50 because I only received 3 out of the 6 items ordered and completely ignoring me. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a jacket weeks ago during Black Friday deals for a Christmas gift. I called the number tonight only to find out that they are out of stock. No one emailed or contacted me to let me know this or refunded me. When I called upset and requested multiple times to speak with a supervisor about my expierence, the women began whispering and laughing then hung up on me. I will never waste my money on a place that hides the truth and hangs up on its potential customers. I was completely appalled by their actions it is disgraceful!

I started to order from this site some time ago and at first I didn't like the service, but lately they really improved and I get the orders much faster. I'm also quite happy with the quality for the price demnded. There are some interesting items you can never find in any other places.
I have ordered from Sammy dress 3 times, they provide you all the details of the sizes so you can't really complain about the wrong size, their customer service is great and the reply to you and help really quickly, I have cancelled one of the orders and i got a refund with no issues, I had no delays in my shipments. Definately going to deal with them again

Products have good quality, shipping is fast, the support center is always there for you, plus, they are so kind! Products don't cost so much, in fact everyone should buy from this site! Not a very good site, although I do not thinks that it is a scam. I did buy some things from there for my wife. It took a long time to get it all with several different shipping days, and the product is very inferior. Sizes do not match up to American size. Spend the difference elsewhere to get what you want.

SammyDress seems to get many orders and I believe that they get overwhelmed and its hard for them to handle. Prices are great, and quality is ok. They really do try to make it right, it just takes time. If you don't mind waiting, you will be ok. If your in a rush, go to the mall. I would say give then at least a month to deliver. WARNING, multiple items may come in separate deliveries.

At first I was iffy about shopping on this website, but with their low prices I felt as if I had nothing to lose. Overall I am happy with the services I got from SammyDress and their products. One down side is the amount of time it takes to receive things. It is coming from China so it is expected to take a while, so if you are in no rush to receive what you order than go for it. It took me about three weeks to receive my purchase(california based). And they have excellent customer service who will reply back to you within a day or two.
I wish I could give them 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1!
I've ordered my bathing suit over a month ago and still haven't received it. I've sent multiple tickets and all they said is its been shipped. If it's been shipped then why have I not gotten it yet? Don't buy from this site, I wish I saw the reviews before I purchased the damn bathing suit.

Ordered a pair of "suede" faux fur boots. They were complete garbage, and damaged. Not only were they not suede, but the fur was like the crappy matted fur on carnival stuffed animals. Was told they would replace them (at my cost) and offered me a $3 refund on a $30 purchase when I filed a complaint with PayPal. I wouldn't even give these crappy boots away.
Once I saw this necklace being available to buy, I didn't hesitate and I don't regret it now! Taking into consideration its looks - it is not expensive at all. The service was quick, I recommend sammydress to everyone! Trust me, I have already bought more than 10 items from there!
Made my order on 9/29/2015. Items were finally shipped out (supposedly) 10/14/2015. There were 3 different tracking numbers. I ordered about $140 worth of stuff. From the sounds of it after reading this page nothing is going to fit. One package with the majority of the things I ordered should be here by Friday. (the customer service team said 7-10 days on that order and 25-30 days on the other two) 25-30 days? Flux! Lol... regardless i will probably wait another 30 days and go from there on whether or not i should file a dispute w/ my cc company. Judging by the other reviews I assume I will have too. If by some chance I receive everything within the next 30 days even if the clothes don't fit i'll be happy i guess. Just glad everything i bought was cheap and didnt try to buy any big coats or anything.

I have made several orders from sammydress. At first, I was afraid of receiving some bad quality or wrong sizes cloth. So i started with two items only. It arrived fast to my country. The quality was great and size according to the measurement table. Now sammydress became my favourite shopping App and website. I use the app because it is much easier. For me, i prefer online stores that use a third party payment method. I believe it is more safe. Sammydress uses it. I totally recommend this store as it has women cloth, men, kids and even makeup.
I have placed an order on 29/08/15 and paid for Expedited Shipping. Up until this point it has not been dispatched. I submitted a ticket to query my order and although it states they will respond within 24 hours, I am still waiting. Tried their "24/7" Live Chat but it does not work. So far, I cannot review the products itself BUT I am somewhat dissatisfied with the service. For the amount you pay for the shipping I would have expected it to have been dispatched by now or at least have a more effective way of contacting them.

I ordered two articles of clothing from this site based off a Facebook ad I saw! I ordered it with the fast shipping option of 3-7 business days. Well it's been more than a week now and my order is still being "processed"! It hasn't even been shipped yet! The website's live support is always down and I always receive a busy signal when I call the contact number (most likely experiencing a high amount of complaint calls).
Super unimpressed with this company. I am going to tell all of my friends not to order from them.
I might as well have donated my money to a charity.

Very misleading, particularly so on the time it takes them to ship the order. I ordered "Expedited Shipping," which states 3-7 business days. Sammydress sends an "Order Has Shipped" email, but your order hasn't really shipped. Rather they initiate a tracking number but never call the delivery service/carrier to pick up the merchandise. So far, its been nearly a month and DHL has no record of Sammydress initiating a pickup, despite my receiving multiple emails stating my order has shipped via DHL. Huge waste of time and money.

If you look closely at most of the 5 star reviews, all use stock pictures of animals, landscape, etc and have similar things to say about the company. I have heard this company hires people to write fake reviews and looking at them, it is very apparent. Please stay away, this Chinese company plagiarizes looks produced by other companies, and the result is TERRIBLE. Clothes are of terrible quality and (even though you might pay for the fastest shipping possible) they will come within 1 to 6 months, if they come at all. My friend ordered from them and her shirts had rips in them!

I ordered three different orders from Sammydress.com. Once received, I discovered that the quality of the clothes was way below par, and nothing fit according to the size charts. I placed an online ticket to try to return the clothes and haven't received any response although many days have gone by. I tried the customer service number I found online, and either the phone went immediately to busy, or no one answered. Once I got through to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. Can you say scam?! Don't event think of ordering from Sammydress.com. As we say in Texas, the site is "all hat and no cattle."
