sammydress.com has become one of my favorite online stores to shop. Not only do they have the cutest clothes and accessories, but the prices cannot be beat! I have ordered many times from this site and will definitely continue to do so!
I love the improvements for the user that they continually update. The newest is collecting S points, which can, in return, be redeemed for dollars off your purchase!
Shipping time does take a while (up to 2 weeks), but it is so worth it!

I'm re-writing my review, the sizes are well off from what you'd expect, but if you look at the actual measurements vs what we'd expect extra large or XXl to be then they're right. The trouble is that they're calling what I would normally consider a small or childs size is an XL2 (XXL). These clothes are fine if you're a little person, but if you're a fully grown adult I would steer clear of these guys.

As for the shipping, I ordered tracking and expedite and it arrived in a bit more than 2.5 weeks. Still, if I can't fit into the clothes it's kind of pointless, do not buy from here if you're not a very compact person.

I ordered a size XXL dress and a blouse, but received a size S. I have tried for a couple of months to get a replacement or refund and they just keep telling me that it would cost me too much to mail the items back.

They say that I received the correct size, but I've measured them and compared the measurements to their size chart. They are definitely a size small! I even sent pictures to them, but it didn't do any good.

They suggest I keep them and give them as a gift. That isn't an option. I'll never order from them again.

Sammydress is a wonderful website. It's very cheap and affordable. I don't know why so many people are complaining. It just takes patience for the package to arrive, after all its being shipped thousand of miles across sea. When i received my package, i was really happy with what i got. The items were exactly like it is shown in the picture. Customer Service was really great and friendly as well. I had a problem with the tracking so i emailed them and they responded in less than 12 hours. I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered different items hoping to have them before the holidays... after 5 days, my order was still in process status (I asked the items to be shipped in expedite way)... so I use their "complaint" system to ask what is the deal...(they claim to respond within 24hr) no response! In the meanwhile I navigate through Internet finding out all the horrible reviews... got that feeling "what have I done?" Plus I found out that the size I ordered were wrong (the default are size for China): I thought no problem, they have not sent the order out, so I change my sizes (using the same and ONLY WAY to reach out of them)... no response. Only today (3 days after my last complaint) I received multiple responses to my complaint... the most hilarious was "we just sent out your order, but if you like to change your size, let us know before the order is shipped out...!?!?
I would rate it "0" if I could. My regret was to find out about this scam before I ordered.

I've tried a couple of sites for cheap clothes shopping and I was always concerned about security and product quality. Sammydress is probably the only web that has worked for me in both things until now. The prices are good, the range is great, and they have good loyalty programs to crowdsource real product images, so you can really see what you are buying most of the time. I've had issues like packages not shipped because of lack of stock and customer service has been super nice and helpful, so the overall experience has been quite great. Definitely recommend.

This was by far the worst shopping site I have ever used. It was my own fault since did not read the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. Their sizing concept is horrible. I purchased an XL skirt for my daughter (size 16). When I got it I will be lucky if I can wear it (size 4). They weren't even close. And delivery, it took a month for me to get the skirt. My experience was not worth the cheaper pricing. And speaking of cheap, the quality of the product was horrible, and oddly, there were no tags with sizing, washing instructions, product materials, nothing. There is something not right with this company. Dont recommend going there.

Anytime time of the day or night you can shop. This is probably one of the best discount online stores. Their customer service is amazing, email a question and you will get an immediate response and assistance what more can you ask for. First off, let me say that shipping is a huge concern when it comes to buying from China. I've tried a couple wholesalers out and SammyDress has been the most time efficient shipping my item out the fastest. Second, what you see is what you get, or in my case."better." I received the white bandage dress and it actually looked better in person. I also received 2 black dresses that were quite beautiful also. I can't wait on my black embellished bandage dresses coming soon! I have high hopes for them and I'm sure SammyDress won't let me down! I definitely recommend this site! They also have such a variety and their prices are unbeatable.

I noticed that some people love SammyDress and others never go their orders and receive no reply to their messages. I am one of the unlucky ones. Does anyone have advice on how to receive customer service?

I finally received an answer to my complaint. A representative said they would return about 1/3 of the money I spent. The rest was needed for shipping and handling since I didn't pay for insurance. I have not yet seen even that reimbursement on Paypal. SammyDress would be a good deal if you got anything, otherwise an expensive mistake.

So many bad reviews have been made about SammyDress and it made me wonder if the website was safe. So I decided to try it out, and see for myself. In the end, my experience was wonderful. Although, the shipping does take a little longer due to the service being International, it's not that big of a deal! Overall, the merchandise I received was what was described on their website and quality was good. Nevertheless, SammyDress was great with communicating when the order was ready to be shipped out (they sent pictures of each package). I truly look forward to purchasing more clothing from them.
