Just take your money and burn it because that is what you will get for whatever you order. The thieves must be putting in the only decent reviews because most everyone is like me, very negative. Don't waste your time with Sammy Dress... RIP OFF! The star is because they won't let you write a review unless you give them at least one. That sucks..

There is a great variety of beautiful and unique items available for sale. I have purchased two different items and both of them were gorgeous. The only downside is that the shipping can be rather slow.

Not only were the clothes the wrong size nothing looked like the site showed. EVERYTHING was cheaply made and they robbed me. I had to pay 24$ in shipping and handling AND then I had to pay ANOTHER 24$ on top to the third party company they use. But to make matters only worse they put my order in 2 shipments so now I have to pay ANOTHER 24$ because they are useless morons who are only after money. NEVER EVER EVER use this site or company!

BE SMART AND AVOID

OK... just think about it! A whopping TWO people out of Thousands like Sammydress.com! LOL! THAT ALONE is the short answer. (Probably family members). I only wish I'd seen reviews prior to purchase of shirts for our choir. They were (3) sizes too small & after many emails, NO REFUND, NO SERVICE, NO HELP! They told me to sell the stuff to a friend. REALLY? SCAM in the worst way! AVOID at ALL costs. Be patient, keep shopping ANY place else! You'll find what you like from a well-trusted source. BE SMART! AVOID Sammydress!

Awful comms. Banal and inconsistent responses to non delivery notification.

Previously have used EBay and even Aliexpress. Non deliveries from China do occur, and on all occasions, have received prompt and courteous (and relevant) responses. That's because because EBay especially, and latterly Aliexpress run a tight consumer protection regime. None of this (other then PayPal protection) applies to Sammydress.

Given that there is nothing on Sammydress that cant be found cheaper on either EBay or Aliexpress, and their customer service/protection are far worse, I for one will never use Sammydress again.

Worst company EVER
February 2, 2016

I ordered 6 shirts/sweatshirts XL. When I got them the zippers don't work, and the tags on the shirts (ALL of them) read XL but were XS. I spent $72 and spent 3 weeks back and forth with "Customer Service" emails where they wanted the shirts back and credit me $14. Still no satisfaction. Stay clear!

I ordered a dress over 2 months ago from there. Still haven't received it. RIP OFF. Spent over $25.00 on their site. Ordering for Christmas no doubt. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. Looking up phone number and it states clearly "All the items are from Shenzhen, China, so it is a little slower than your local online shopping". My cousin lives in Thailand and he mailed packages to here in November for Christmas. THEY WERE DELIVERED W/NO PROBLEM..

I made two orders to SammyDress in Mid December for my daughter's birthday. Not only did I not receive the order in time for her birthday, I am still waiting after more than 6 weeks! They say the order was sent out, but where is it? There is no tracking information available. I have since requested a refund for my orders. Tired of waiting for an order I no longer need. If you would like to receive your order in a timely manner, I do NOT recommend this site!

Absolutely terrible on all counts. Spent a lot of money with them for Christmas presents, when they arrived the quality was so poor, and the sizes wouldn't even fit a child, let alone an average sized man. I was embarrassed to give them as presents. I let this go as I thought buyer beware, I should have researched the company, their sizes, and the clothes were very cheap so should have guessed the quality would be poor. One parcel never arrived before Xmas. It took 2months to come and when it did it was full of rubbish and someone else's empty parcel. When dealing with customer services it was very frustrating not being able to talk to someone. They were very quick in responding though. I explained my situation and asked for me to provide evidence. I emailed them my order and tracking number, and sent them photos of all my confirmation emails and pictures of my parcel and also the other customers parcel with all their details on. They said give us 3days to investigate. 3weeks went by and nothing. I emailed back politely saying has there been any progress, I have given you 3weeks now. They emailed back immediately asking me to contact the courier to start an investigation with them, and also with the post office. A courier that THEY employed! So basically they would not have emailed me back until I chased them up, and they clearly hadn't done any "investigations". Then they had the cheek to ask me to do their dirty work! I didn't even know who the courier was! In the end I paid for 2 products that I never received and could not get a refund or replacements for. I will never be using a cheap small business again. Much safer to use a bigger company, pay a bit more money, get good quality and know any issues are resolved easily. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Best website to shop one

RIP OFF! The clothes are NOT standard sizing, and when they arrived STUFFED into plastic bags, they had been sealed into the tape, and were destroyed when opened. When I tried to return them, I was told that they don't accept returns after 7 days, but it took them over 3 weeks to respond.

AND, now my credit card has fraudulent charges on it... suspecting this company!

I ordered two pins and a dress.

The pins were beautiful and looked exactly as pictured on the site.

The dress was shoddily made and looked nothing like the image on the site. The XL I ordered was less than 10 inches from the top of the shoulders to the waist. The edges were unfinished and had many loose threads. Very disappointed. (The picture is what looked like on the site and what I received)

I ordered five items in December of 2014. I received an email that the first four items shipped. I never received them. I then received an email that the last item shipped. Months later, I finally got the last item shipped, but I still had not received the other four. To this day, over one year later, I still haven't received those four items or a refund. I have contacted Sammy Dress several times and they will not refund my money. They offered to give me money in my Sammy wallet, which isn't helpful since I will NEVER order from this site again. The money they offered me in my Sammy wallet was also not as much as I actually spent! This place is awful.

I got my refund

I bought a jacket which came with a stain and the "M" size was very, very small. After four weeks of emails and negotiations with sammydress I managed to get a full refund.

Do not waste your money on this company. I'm an intelligent woman, however, I never thought I could be duped by this rubbish. I'm not even going to attempt returning the 2 horrific excuse of dresses, I will just have to put this down to a lesson learned. If they were in the UK, they would be investigated and fined for misdescription - trading standards would have a field day!

I love this shop

I'm really happy that I have found Sammy Dress at Facebook. You can buy Shoes, clothes and little things as well as for your daily life. Cool are the watches and jewelery!. A tip, Europeans should buying the clothes 2 sizes bigger. I have, for example, XL for jackets and have taken at Sammy Dress 3XLbut the size tables are well represented. The jacket fits perfectly, the quality is also great. The goods were delivered as desired. Only the delivery time was a bit long but the holidays still were added. I like to order again.
