Not only do they put your order on "back order", they take up to 2 months to ship out. I purchase an item a week ago and it will not even be received by them for another 3 weeks. Once they get it, it will take up to 45 business days for me to receive it here in the states. Trust the reviews! Don't buy from Sammy Dress. It may be cheap but not worth the quality or the time.
I ordered from Sammy Dress, I ordered and then wrote a ticket and told them that I ordered even after the bad reviews. I ordered six wigs and I got a email stating they where shipped and provided a tracking number which is no GOOD. I told Sammy Dress that I'm in a wig group on facebook that has over 10k women in it and I was hoping that all would go well. I then contacted Sammy to asked were my items shipped because I seen major complaints of this. I was sent a email telling me that my 1 unit was on back order. Well I don't feel I should have been the one to find out only because I sent a ticket. I have since then got a email saying that the other unit was shipped. The first order has not arrived and the ladies in the wig group are waiting to see what I get... SGLBZ*******783 shipping number for the first package lol but I can't track the package. I have notice that when you contact Sammy they give you a very generic answer that benefits them...

This company is scam. They shouldn't sell if they don't store the items. Sent 1/3 of my order then no message anything. I asked why then answer me and sent another 1/3 month later. I still should get another 1/3 which has been 3 months. Now they don't even answer my emeil! I gave up and will think someone stole my money or I lost my wallet. I purchased 2 skirts and 2 sweaters at the beginning of December. They were gifts for Christmas, and the site said they would arrive before Christmas. I didn't get the items until the second week in January, and when I opened them up I was extremely disappointed. One of the buttons popped of the skirt as I was taking it out of the package, one of the skirts didn't have a button hole sewed in, one sweater (I ordered a medium) looked like it'd fit my 7 year old niece, and the other sweater was so off from the picture. It was crocheted and had large holes in the pattern (large enough that you'd have to wear something else under it) and there were threads hanging off everywhere. I called, emailed, and finally messaged them on facebook before I got a response. Their answer was I could cut a hole in the one skirt to make a button hole because skirts in China aren't typically made with a button hole. WHAT?! Lol what a joke. They basically said I could send back the one skirt that the button popped off of for credit to purchase from them again. That's unacceptable. I'm not done dealing with them, and I won't stop until I get a full refund. They have no idea how determined I can be when I feel I've been taken advantage of.

Totally disgusted by the service I received, they very quick to take your money, but they don't send you your package. I placed and paid for my order on the 25th of November 2015. They state that you will receive your order within 25 working days, still waiting and after numerous complaints nothing is resolved. It looks to me like a SCAM... If they had a legitimate business they should give better customer service, and SHOULD know that stealing money from people is not good publicity since we have social media. I raved about the products to every one I know, now I tell them they are a bunch of thieves so you will not see any good publicity from me and I will keep on posting it until you refund me or give me my package that I paid for. Don't ask me for a private email address, if you have nothing to hide we can discuss this matter in public. We should warn future consumers that they will be losing their money, come clean and PAY ME BACK! GATVOL!(THEY WON'T POST MY REVIEW UNTIL I SELECT A STAR-THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!)

It seemed as though I was talking to a bot. She gave the same response three times and even when I gave her the same number with only two number removed, a human would have noticed that. They also gave me the website they use to track their orders, after I suffered through half an hour of talking to a brick wall. The best part is, The whole time I was chatting with the bot, I had the same info as the tracking site on USPS.com. This is a scam.

My order took over 10 days to come. The product (swimsuit) straps were not sewn securely. Very, very thin material and the worst part is the top half was tooo short! As you know I had a HUGE complaint regarding Sammydress as in October 2015 I had ordered some items from them. Long story short, I didn't get the items that I had PAID for and wrote to Sammydress endlessly with no resolution. In the end they sent me a link to unsubscribe from getting any sales notification as I had complained that my problem was not being addressed but yet they kept sending me alerts to purchase from them. I was determined to have some form of redress so I took to the internet and stumbled upon this site. Praise God! Alleluia! Shortly after I received a notification from SiteJabber on behalf of Sammydress... Their Customer service representative apologized profusely about what had taken place and said that she would look into it. I was told that they would refund me in full and asked that I change my review and was even promised a big gift if I did... now understand that I don't take kindly to being what felt like a bribe to me. If you want to give a gift because you feel its the right thing to do especially when you put a customer through... then give a gift for that. Anyway I have to be honest as the Customer service rep Wera followed through to ensure that I had been refunded in full and for that I am extremely grateful. It is unfortunate as I told them that what started out as a private matter had to become so public. This is the age of technology and social media... merchants, supplier or any company cannot be so laid back especially in a market where you have so much competition banging at your doors. I am grateful that my gross with Sammydress has been resolved and I applaud you SiteJabber for airing my complaint.

I recently bought items and paid for expedited(supposedly 3-5biz days). Passed day 13 but nothing was delivered, no updates, nor can i write them back to inquire whereabouts of the merchandises. I suggest you to take this under serious consideration if you are buying anything that is time sensitive. I have to see the quality, and accuracy of the fitured items. I only hope the items will get here some day soon. What in the world 3-5 days shipping mean to them? $35 shipping fee for expedited service gown down the drain!

The items are poor sizing- I'm 5'3 and I ordered a LG just to be safe. It was still way to tight. Couldn't even zip my dress up. Cheap, itchy and scratchy material. Overall EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. On top of that it took over 2 months to receive these articles of "clothing". It felt like I was trying to wear a shower curtain. Never buying from them again. Worst experience of my life.

I received my $38.33 refund! It wasn't EZ. There was a lot of back and forth. Mostly them offering everything except the return of my $ in full or replacement of purchases and me saying NO NO NO - SHOW ME THE $! Strangely enough, although I've received a full refund, they're still trying to offer me solutions to my "issue"...

I am from Ecuador, and I am sammydress client. I made two purchases online on this page, the first two years and now makes. It has really surprised me because the quality of things improved a lot, and I think now more efficient shipments, packages it received in 28 days and the first purchase I made takes me about two months. I am very glad purchases :) and it's exciting for me to open the package and find what I saw on the screen in my hands. I recommend the product for those who are interested Asian fashion, I admire too... and I think I found it all here with good prices here :)
Sweater had a sleeve that tore in two the first time I wore it I gave it two stars instead of my initial one because they refunded my money after seeing my feedback. I will avoid them from now on. Also sizes are chines sizes and we are not as small as chinese girls, so order 2 0r 3 sizes bigger and MAYBE you will get lucky
