I simply love this site!
I ordered now for the second time and I definitely will order another time!
For the customer service I already want to give a rate of excellent: D
If I contact them for any question they give feedback within 24h!
The only minor thing for me is that they have not much clothes in my size (110cm bust size) but for the rest of my family (clothing), practical stuff, brooches, hair-jewelry, bags, shoes PERFECT!
I advice everyone to take a look and I know for sure you will buy something.
In short: perfect service, good quality!

I have purchased lots of stuff. Material is fantastic and prices very reasonable, for a person who wears size 8/10 is awesome. I am 10/12, the stuff one size fits perfectly, while the others are a bit short or a bit tight; fortunately my sister wears size 8, so she had time lucky her! I had a damaged item, and sammydress refunded me very soon. Customer service is also grrrreat! I have ordered again and told friends that have ordered too from Sammydress. Thankyou for existing!

I HATE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a pair of shoes and earring on the 25th of September, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I began emailing them in November, again in December, and now everyday because they always respond late and have still not given me any real information. They told me check my post office, my order wasn't there (and I shouldn't have even had to do that because it was supposed to be sent to my house), and then they asked if they should resend it or refund. Obviously I chose a refund and now they're saying they'll only give me half of what I paid them. IT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Probably the WORST site to buy clothes from, avoid at all costs!

However, I did submit a ticket and got a reply within 24hours - although they did answer ignoring my question about out of stock items - I replied asking the same question again to only be told more than half of my order was out of stock. This is pretty unacceptable and they should have made this clear before we even get the option to add to our baskets!

So much inconvenience and I will never be using this site ever again and will be making sure none of my friends and family use this site.

I have asked for a full refund - still waiting on a reply.

I purchased a great deal of items of clothing etc from Sammy Dress over the last month. Sweaters, leggings, jackets, watches, wigs. My experience with Sammy Dress can only be rated as excellent.

Style and selection of clothing. Wonderful. Very modern, cool looking stuff.

Quality (stitching, fabric etc). Very good, as good as any other reputable or brand companies I've bought from.

Price: FANTASTIC value for money.
The prices, are very, very good! (Much better than other stores like ASOS etc). You get better value for money with Sammy Dress in my personal opinion.

Their was a delay with delivery for some of the items I got - but as a Trade off, for a better price, wider range - it's worth the wait. I found their customer support service excellent. I got responses within an hour or so. And I'd like to make a personal plug for Candy in customer support at Sammy Dress, her service and efficiency is A grade! I'll continue to shop at Sammy Dress and recommend it to all my friends.

Sammydress is a whole sale site based in china. Because it is wholesale, the clothing and other merchandise is very inexpensive. The first time I ordered from them it took a while, but as I said they are based in china. I did not expect the quality to be too great, since it is so inexpensive but it was actually really god quality clothing and jewelry. I have been shopping sammydress since! Most whole sale shopping is only available to store and business owners to order in bulk, but you can order one item at a time if you want from sammydress.

Sammydress is the best website for clothes I have ever visited. They get bad reviews sometimes because of the shipping times, but what people fail to understand is, they are based in CHINA. It will take a bit longer for items to be shipped to you. But, trust me, it's 100% worth it. As long as you DON'T PANIC and let them get your order together you will not have any problems. If something goes wrong they will refund you. The key is communication.

I only shop at sammydress now. They have clothes with designs that can not be bought over in the U.S.

Sammydress has beautiful clothes for cheap prices, yet they are also of very nice quality. They constantly update with new clothes every day, unlike U.S. webstores which updates every few months.
I highly recommend you shop here. The customer service is amazing as well. They reply in 24 hours, and love to address whatever problem you have. I've spent 1000$+ on sammydress and I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for gorgeous clothes for cheap that can't be found anywhere else with a bit longer ship time, you HAVE to shop here!
