The website is incredibly annoying to access and navigate. It takes forever to load. Whenever you need customer service online, the replies takes a solid 30 minutes or more! And when you call in? Well that takes even longer because you have to keep repeating yourself and they stay treating you like an idiot. The steps to change plans makes everything so much harder to do. They make you make a whole new account and that takes a day or two and then you lose access to your online information and then suddenly you are overdue on the new plan's payment and it is all your fault.

The website is fairly easy to navigate (all the menu items can be maximized or minimized). The products are really fair priced and of high quality. They do filter reviews (you submit reviews, they review those reviews and then decide what can be shown/posted, so might as well go to sephora or elsewhere to put a solid public review for the products)

The website navigation is very tricky. When you want to go back to the previous page of listings, it starts all over again from the beginning and not where you left off. Customer Service is extremely sassy, snarky, and completely unhelpful. They would literally be repeating what you sent them and then just throw it in your face and make it your fault for asking a question.

The site is fairly easy to use (but at times you do need to clear cache for it to work properly, thus the 4/5 rating). The customer service is fairly average, response rate (when connected) isn't too long but could be faster. Checkout is secured and the site's connection is secured. The products are amazing! A lot (if not all) of their products are non-acne causing (a lot of cheap brands' products do cause acne) and at very cheap/fair price.

Tip for consumers: Definitely sign up for an account BEFORE purchasing (this gives you discount codes to use immediately and once you make your first purchase you can get more codes for the next purchase).
Do not buy everything you want immediately in one transaction (because of the discount codes and rewards after you make each purchase, so you can definitely save a lot if you break one large order into two medium orders)

You forgot your information. You go online to input information to get your account reset. You put in the correct information (based on your copy of security answers when making the account and when it was finally resolved after much frustration) and it constantly says you are incorrect and then lock you out. You go in store to ask for help. They make you wait 3hrs for help, okay. You speak to the "geeks" there and they say you need to call in instead of speaking to them. Okay. You call in, the phone representative tells you (on speaker phone) that you should go to the store "geeks," store "geek" is freaking out and pushing responsibility to the phone representative. After them talking and arguing, the phone representative helps you to send in a reset request. The request makes you go back online and put in the same darn information, but surprisingly this time it works.

THERE HAS TO BE AN EASIER WAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO RESET THEIR STUFF WITHOUT HAVE TO GO THROUGH SO MANY CHANNELS (ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WERE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME)

sammydress.com is an awesome site. i love how it has so many types of Korean styled clothing and accessories. the prices are pretty cheap and the items are high quality. best of both worlds.
