I placed an order on Sep 19th 3013 for four items I only received one item! I have made various complaints demanding my money back. I literally laugh when CiCi or LuLu respond by saying its on its way be patient! Are you kidding me! How unprofessional could a so called company be? I have asked for a refund but have been denyed and told to be patient! Who runs this aweful company? DO NOT order from sammydress! Sammydress causesnothing but DISTRESS!?

I used this website for the first time not to long ago and I have been let down by this site big time. I ordered a total of five clothing items. They shipped my package but when I got it only four were in there. I e-mailed them stating that they forgot to send one of my items. When I got a response which was about two days later the person said that item was not in stock but on the website it stated that it was and when my message was read they shipped my missing item almost as if they did it on purpose. They claim to have a 24 hour response time to questions that's a lie and their customer support people aren't even able to answer the question. I said that the item that they never shipped I want a refund on that item because they still have it but then they send it once I sent them a letter. Also they appear to hide hidden costs. The quality of the four items I got are not bad but there are a few defections as in a tear or loose threads and size issues. I measured myself to the point and got myself the correct size using the size chart that was provided on the site but even still two of items are a little bit small not too much but just a bit.

If I could give this site 0 stars, I would. I ordered my items on November 16th. It's January 21st and I still haven't gotten it. All of this and I contacted customer service. What a joke! Their customer service representative says "well sometimes shipping takes a long time." Yea... well it shouldn't take three months, no matter what shipping speed I chose. This is ridiculous. When I asked for a refund, they said they would give me 50% off. 50% off of what!? I haven't gotten anything and told them that I wasn't paying for something I didn't receive. I asked again for a full refund. They said "how about 65% off?" Are you kidding me? Just give me a refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

"This is a great clothing store. I found it by chance through an add. Before I made my purchase I talkes to live assistance of the site and they were really helful, providing me all the information I needed. The payment (Paypal) is very simple and it's all detailed in the final amount.

The shippment arrived earlier than I expected (considering it was sent from China to Argentina)And the quality of the produsct is excelent for a very low price.

Could not be happier, I already recommended to friends who just made their purchases and had great things to say as well.

I ordered 3 dresses and a sweater by November 1st. I received my dresses only by December 17th and when I looked for the Consumer Service, they were too inconsiderate! So until today I did not receive my sweater nor even any report about it. When I purchased them, I had no news about them. One month after the purchase, I sent an email to the costumer service and they answered me only one week later saying they were all out of stock. Why don't they let you know right when you're buying? I really gotta congratulate this site, they really know how to disrespect a consumer! I just hope I have my money back if I don't ask for an indemnity!
The dresses were not like the pictures, the material was poor and the sizes did not correspond to the expected.
I feel like I wasted money, time and patience buying in this site.

I wouldn't buy from this site again... I ordered in December and I still haven't received anything. I expected it to be a longer wait, so that really isn't the huge issue... about a week after I got an email stating my order has been shipped they sent me another email stating 2 pieces of my order are out of stock. I only ordered 4 things... I'm pretty upset... and asked for a refund and now I'm waiting... I've been waiting THIS long and spent so much extra money on shipping only to be told half my order won't come because it's out of stock... I will NOT be buying from this website EVER again! Too stressful and a waste of money!

Today is 5/2/2014, NEVER EVER buy anything from them. They would only take forever to ship and may scam you unless you spam them 24/7. I want to say how dumb these people are. I ordered a size 2 of a really nice dress, but once I tried it on, that dress does NOT fit at all. It was a size 4 and it fell off me right away when putting it on. Actually, I shouldn't even say I had put it on. I should have said that I held my dress and let it go. I couldn't even wear it at all. When I had washed it, it's flower completely unraveled and fell off. It wasn't even sewn on, it was basically some cheap super glue or something. Never buying anything from this site again. If the people from Sammy's Dress were to tell you to return it for the right size, Don't because they expect you to pay the shipping for yourself and that would just be a waste. Shipping would cost a lot more than the dress and it isn't worth it.
