The shipping time and control of the dispatch of products. It was somewhat hard to get a hold of customer service and my order went through almost 2 months ago onn september 14th. I really just want to receive my order soon.
I did not have a good experience. I ordered a dress they took a month tell me they did not have that size to ship me. I know they came from China but they are in computer age you order online but takes a month to know you sold out. There are programs that adjust inventory as it is sold they need to invest in it.

My first time purchasing in Sammy Dress, before I buy clothes on online I read the comnents and it had a good feedback so I relied on and absolutely. I did not regret my purchase at all.
I had ordered over $100 worth of clothes a month before my sons first birthday party - in hopes my husband and I could wear the clothes then.
As the days ticked on and all I saw was "processing" for over a week, when the clothes said they would be shipped out the most 5 business days, I contacted them.
Because they are located in Asia the reply usually came late at night, the most it took 2 days for them to reply.
They had said because of the new year/changing stores things had gotten backed up.
After a few exchanges I was able to get a full refund for my purchase - which made me sad because I was really looking forward to my outfits!
They gave me a coupon code and suggested that I contact their live customer service to ensure the items were currently in stock and when they would be shipped out.
So don't order something you're hoping will be to your house in time. Seems their processing/shipping is very slow.
I'm giving it 4 stars because the customer service was really good, even though I didn't get my clothes.
Sammydress is a great website and I find myself spending more and more money everyday as there is always something new and exciting.
I spent $15.00 on shipping and did not get my items for about 3 to 4 weeks. I am currently still waiting for the other half of my order to even ship. I love the low prices but it takes a really long time plus some of the clothes has pulls in them.

Good site for inexpensive clothes. It takes a while to get them but for the price you can't beat it. Sizes run pretty small in the shirts--look at the sizing chart before you order. The clothes have a slim fit but are ok quality.
I got very disappointment!
First of all I wait my order for over four months! But this is not even biggest issue for me! Most of the stuff I got was different size from what I ordered. It says the right size S, but the length of the sleeves is different from what they have on a website! I had three different representatives over support tickets who is been helping me, I was getting answer once a month! They made me take a pictures of everything what was wrong, I clearly show them the difference with ruler on a picture. And then they just disappeared! I have not gotten any answer for over a half year already! All my support tickets are gone! They are charlatans! They are cheating with people! Customer service is sucks!
If you try to call, no one will answer! I got lucky once after thousands calls, someone answer the phone who doesn't even speak english, I told my ticket number 5 times! Even after that they were not able to help. They don't understand. You have only one choice to get some help through support tickets which takes forever! And when they can't solve it - they just delete them!
I am going to move forward this case and sue this company! It is illegal the way they do their business! I don't want other people waste their money.
I discovered Sammy Dress a while ago via Facebook and was amazed with the prices. I have since made a few orders and am very happy with the service and the goods. It does take a while to get the goods - but it is the same ( for me at least!) with other sites as well. The customer service is really great - the one time they were not able to ship the ordered goods they immediately contacted me and offered exchange or a refund or a cash coupon. I will order from them in the future as well!

The first time I went there was for a ring, and it all went accordingly. I still have the ring, three years later, and it hasn't tarnished or anything, and I wear it almost every day. I go back there often enough for cute, cheap things.

Its an interesting shopping company, affordable prices, a variety of products. Its customer services is satisfactory since all my queries been answered within short delay. Somehow it took much time to process and so do the shipment. The company should see to it if it could speed up shipment of items. Give it a try!

When I first found SammyDress I was up all night looking through their selection of dresses and jewelry. They have the cutest selection and great prices, but don't shop with this site, your items take forever to come in the mail, are poorly made, and customer service is $#*!ing terrible, take your money else where
