Terrible quality, terrible lenses. These do more damage to your eyes than good. They do minimal to block the sun and they are supposed to be polarized, they do not show polarization when tested on a screen.
I have ordered 3 limited edition snapbacks and recieved 3 faceshields, and they will not refund me. And ask me to pay for return of 3 x 1.99$ faceshield for a 85+tax snap back order. Customer service will do anything to try to not understand the situation, they ve been evading the situation for weeks now, i dont recommend if you dont want the hastle
Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. SAFishing appears to be a scam.
My hats were shipped in a narrow box folded like a taco. Well dry straw hats getting folded means broken straw. It's been a month now with nothing but " we will get to you hang tight" messages. Absolute garbage company.

It says "one size fits all" and I have a large head 7 1/2", and this thing is way too big for me. Like an 8" enormous head would fit.
Tried reaching customer service, and got their "chatbot"…….basically ZERO help.
I would NOT buy again and you should save your money.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. For no apparent reason, your account will be locked. After paying, you don't receive an explanation or a solution when you try to get a response. They should be investigated because they are successfully cheating clients with this type of practice. They are willing to steal a lot in the process, which is terrible because they are probably going out of business. Thanks to TRE/(BLES)/LTD*CO(M), I was able to retrieve what they had taken. Always grateful and never going back to these scammers
Great products but that gets lost in their horrendous customer service! Tried changing an order before it shipped. Made multiple attempts to contact company by email, text, phone calls for days. Never got anything in return but a few generic computer generated text messages that were never responded to. Total garbage
I ordered a few things the first of December'23 and only received a couple of items. I have contacted customer service several times with no success. I've tried to call and no answer. I'm not happy with anything about this company.
Placed an order for 2 hats on 6/2. Didn't receive until 6/27 despite their website promising 48hr shipping and weekend orders shipping the following Monday. I made several attempts to contact the company via phone, chat and email. Zero response. I filed a BBB complaint and the hats finally shipped.
When I received them yesterday (6/27/24) they were covered in mold!
This is literally the worst company I've ever interacted with and I can't believe they're still in business…as an aside, their website says they ship from Florida, they actually ship from New York. I live in New Hampshire. Shipping should be 1-2 days and it took 25 days…

1st order has just disappeared in the black hole of space. Finally got a live agent to respond to my inquiries after 5 days only to be told that their shipping partner is having tracking issues. Then stated that my order wasn't due to be delivered yet and referenced a completely different order. I've received half of my 2nd order and due to receive the rest of it along with my 3rd order in the next day. But they refuse to figure out where my 1st order has gone. Told me to just wait for it. I've had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be disputing the charge in the next 2 days if I still don't receive my order.
Ordered a hat and received it two weeks after my order. When I finally got my order it was damaged. They shipped a straw hat in a plastic bubble "protector" in a plastic bag. Emailed their customer service and received a link for return/exchange. Link informed me that my order was "ineligible for return". Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Steer clear of this company.
Their customer service is a joke. I purchased multiple items from SA Company and attempted to contact their customer service about the length of time.it is taking for the items to ship. It has been over a week since I contacted them, and they refuse to respond.
Purchased a hat March 23,2024. It is now April 16,2024. Hat has not shipped. I left a voicemail message, I've emailed several times, all to no avail. I requested a refund, they have not sent one. They took my money. SCAM 100% Don't make the mistake I did.
While placing my order there was a pop up for free shipping i clicked and did not get free shipping. I waited over a week for email that my order shipped, i reached out to them and a day later they got back and said one of my products was backordered and they did not know when they would ship any of my order.
First my order was wrong. Only 2 out of 5 were correct. Product received does not Look like what's on line. If had to guess they made some nice custom gaiters for online display and not actual product that's shipped. Mystery face bonus face shield? The worst possible print you could imagine, no one would wear it in public.
Face masks: Takes almost a month to receive. They're not stitched on either end so they just are basically sowing regular leggings material pants and cutting them in chunks, being cheap without reinforcement they will fray in no time. They also sent me a hey we sent you random designs & assumed I was a man sending me 3 camouflage, a weird man face & a British flag. Ok I'm Asian & have no Europe affiliation. They've ignored my emails and messages as well. They should ask if we're ok with their random choosing than picking it themselves then shipping it & saying oops too late. If that's how they do it why do they give us options to pick designs? Total scam, I'm trying to get a refund from PayPal
If there is an issue, they'll resolve it, just be patient. I've been doing buisness with them for 8+ years, even when I was in the hospital fighting for my life, you can see I was wearing SACompany gear. They have always helped me out and I've turned hundreds of people onto them over the years; coworkers, friends family, and clients alike. I keep at least 5,6, sometimes more in my truck, head wraps, sleeves, and face coverings because ya never know!
Attempted to buy some face shields. Problem 1- the day after my purchase the same masks I paid $20/each for were now 80% off. ($4) problem 2- items took over 3 weeks to ship problem 3 - when they did arrive they're not even close to what was ordered and a note was included saying that it was intentional. While I waited I ordered the same type of product from 3 other stores all arrived as described within a few days. I'd give 0 stars if I could
I paid $25 for the priority shipping and was supposed to revive the items in 2-3 days. The items haven't even been shipped yet. What a joke this company is. Don't waste you money. Worst customer service ever.
Order for items worth 120 $ on 2. 03. 2020 and the shipment never arrived till today, contacted the shipment company and they clearly informed me to contact SA company and once I did, guess what? I was ignored... keep in mind no email to send them your question so you have to wait in queue for a good 45 minutes till your turn come up then ask you one question ORDER number then they disappear.
If you want to request for refund take my advice contact PayPal and open a dispute they will help you get your money back.
