Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from SAFishing staff and previous consumers.
I think they may be a scam company. They have another name they operate under as well since they destroyed this one
Impossible. Never answer. I mean never. Never received, call 66 min wait after waiting for 20 min, went to online chat. I was #35 in the queue. That's bull$#*!. Wait@ hours for a call and several hours for a chat. Coronavirus should not stop you from answering the dumb phone or a chat. You suck. I want my money back. I'm filing a complaint on line.
Oh yeah.! Safishing is a scam. Call it what it is. A total loss. Just except it and learn from it. But take the time out like myself and warn others. Maybe we can deter a few people from going thru the same thing.
I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
Go to live chat during business hours. I posted my order confirmation. Customer service swnt me an email within 2 hours with a tracking number.
