I read before that their customer service was terrible and that quite often people never receive their orders. I was warned. Due to the pandemic I bought some face shields from them. It has been more than a month and I have heard nothing from them. Their live chat doesn't work, they don't have an email address and their phone lines are cut off. Really dont know how it is allowed for a business to operate, take your money online and have no consequences.

SA FISHING PRODUCTS ARE GREAT!

I have purchased several times from SA fishing. Despite what other reviews say they are decent products for the price paid. Yes their customer service was through the roof at the beginning of Corona, they sell face shields! Customer service called me after one of my orders to let me know they were out of stock on a particular item and offer me several options. There is no reason to poke at this company for quality for what you pay for the items. Me and my work place will continue to order from SA fishing in the future.

I fell for their ad on FB. But 1 and get 2 FREE!. Turn's out that the total came out to be $15 excluding shipping. Which is $5 each sleeve. Now I'm thinking without checking and assuming it's a pair each color. NOPE that's $5 PER SLEEVE! To give you a perspective for the cheap quality of this sleeve, it goes for $2 for a PAIR on amazon.
There are so many better and cheaper alternative elsewhere. But the disappointment doesn't stop there. All the colors are off. The army camo one on their ad you can distinctly see all three colors. In real life only the green pops. And the Black Out Flag? Looks more like Purple flag to me, and no it's not some lighting illusion. I even put up dollar bills so you can see the correct colors for the bills. STAY AWAY from these guys!

So I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt when I ordered, don't do the same as me. I am an "essential" worker where face covers are required. Saw some of these cool designs and thought and decided to give them a try. Note: I wear hearing aids which make the ear loop masks doubly irritating so I wanted something different.

Not only did they take basically a month to ship, they didn't even get my very first selection right: Electric Orange w/ a reflector strip, but instead sent a regular neon yellow/green with no reflector strip. Orange is absolute favorite which is why I picked that first and was looking forward to that one the most.

Definitely disappointed and will not be ordering again. Gave 2* over 1* because they actually shipped product that will do the job required and didn't botch the ENTIRE order. Still avoid though. Dozens of other choices out there for companies.

I have purchased over ten times from SA Company... I love the quality of the product and the fast shipping. If there are any questions on the delivery times I always contact customer service and the live chat helps me right away. I live close to the beach so sun protection is a high priority for myself and my family. The face shields are UPF 30 and come in many designs. The performance shirts are lightweight and breathable and the best part is they dry quick after jumping in the ocean. I highly recommend this for company for anyone who loves the outdoors

Face shields
August 21, 2020

Cool face shield designs but very cheap material and doesn't fit very well. It kept slipping off our faces unless we tucked it into our hats or put it on the top part of our heads. I bet they make them for 25-30 cents and sell them for $5 each. Good business model but if you don't like them it'll cost you 14 bucks to return it.

The person on the phone was not very pleasant - you know the bored, this job sux attitude. My hat ripped at the seems - poor quality and workmanship. They were not able to replace it after 30 days. You know it would have cost them a few dollars to make me happy and I likely would have bought again but now they loose me and many other that read this - more than a few dollars. Too bad for their future - the buffs are pretty neat and seem fine, but, poor service hurts them. Not again, guys, sorry.

I ordered face shields from them. At the time of check out they never said anything about delayed shipping. After a few weeks, I check on their website and they said shipment could be delayed up to 30 days. Not only was my order delayed, they sent me 5 yellow face shields which is not what I ordered. They were very fast to process my payment. If they were clear up front that they could not complete my order, I would have ordered from somewhere else. STAY CLEAR from this company. Horrible customer service!

I was a little worried when I saw the negative reviews... Totally didn't need to worry! Had nothing but an awesome experience. The website is easy to use, prices were great, and shipping was fast. From the checkout to having the items in hand was 7 days. We ordered 2 hats, 1 sun shirt, 15 face shields in various patterns and every single item came in correctly. Even had some questions and the customer service rep Joseline was so sweet and helpful. Completely recommend them and am thinking about getting more of the new sun shirts they are releasing soon.

We recieved our order about 9 days after initial buying so they did arrive quicker than expected. We ordered face shields which were correct, a youth hat which was correct but the adult hat was not correct so unfortunately I dont match with my son. They bent them up to stuff into a small box leaving them misshapen, my sons flattened out ok but mine is still super wonky. All in all not terrible my main goal was the face shield and his hat and I got them so really I'm fine with it.

Until COVID-19, I planned to use these face shields for yard work but I thought they may be a more comfortable alternative to other face masks. I selected five designs (in a $15 pack) and placed an order on 4/01/20. They sent several emails pushing out the delivery dates, first a week, then a month. The order finally arrived on 4/27/20. Result: I only received ONE of the face shields I ordered originally and four random masks. They provided a note that the package included replacements versus the original order but offered a promise to "make it right". The Customer Service Agent, Sara, promised to resend the original order once it is restocked in 10-15 days. I will give them a chance to make it right but I will file a complaint if they do not agree to the original order. The face shields are thin and lightweight. They are not worth $20 each (the new price). These are just tubes of thin material. $3 each is a reasonable price with a generous markup.

When I ordered from them it was at the beginning of lockdown in Canada. That was the end of March 2020. I finally got my order in June of 2020. The product itself was as advertised and I was happy with it. I was just annoyed at how long it took. Would order again though.

Great, until…

I have been a big fan of SA Fishing until they started offering an "N-99+" mask (supposedly certified), but I found NO proof. Until then, 3 stars.
I love, absolutely LOVE! Their face shields for fishing. But, in these Wuhan Virus daze, I am disappointed in the SA Company's sales tactics. Until they ptove their certification, I suggest to Stay away!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had issues with this company, thought I was alone. I thought this company had cool products, I was really looking forward to getting my products, but from dealing with the shipping and not knowing when I would be receiving my order, it was just better to get my refund to go else where. Trying to contact customer service is a joke, there's no direct communication with anyone and every response they give is automated. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got my refund quickly. Buyer Beware.

Caution! Don't make the same mistake

The company is slow to ship. Their specials are misleading. Save you money time and effort. Shop elsewhere. The picture clearly showed the promotion was a two hats for one. Received one hat with a neck garment. I've sent them
A copy of the invoice however they deny the invoice or the add they ran. The second phot shoes you part of the week long txt. Do not trust this company. Buyer beware. Also asked them for a pickup label. I would be contacting the credit card company in the morning. Still holds their position I'm in the wrong. The rating should be a zero stars, however it won't accept that rating.

Be patient

If there is an issue, they'll resolve it, just be patient. I've been doing buisness with them for 8+ years, even when I was in the hospital fighting for my life, you can see I was wearing SACompany gear. They have always helped me out and I've turned hundreds of people onto them over the years; coworkers, friends family, and clients alike. I keep at least 5,6, sometimes more in my truck, head wraps, sleeves, and face coverings because ya never know!

Ordered two of their specials that included 2 hats and 6 face shields. When the order did finally arrive all the face shields were incorrect, hats damaged from being shipped in too small a box and the fit is completely different even though they are the same size. Any attempt to contact customer service is met with a constant run-around so you never actually talk with anyone. There is no email or phone number to use. All responses through messenger and their so called online "chat" is either answered with auto response or never acknowledged or the function is off-line.

Their shipping rates are outrageous
Their shipping rates are outrageous. All it is is eight small pieces of cloth that will fit in one package. I order on a Friday and I get told I might receive it the next Friday. Their customer service is all automated so it takes forever to finally get to finally get a hold of someone that can tell you the real scoop on where your package is. I ordered on the 7th and when I finally heard from a real person, I found out that on the 11th, which was yesterday it was still sitting in Florida. I'm in Texas

This is the absolute WORST company to order anything from. They took 2 months to send the product. Then when they did send it, there was a little note that said the items that I ordered were not in stock. Therefore they sent some other crap that I didn't want and included a note to confirm that the order was intentionally wrong. I contacted them and allowed a full business week to respond. No response. You can't email, call, or live chat with customer service. For the love of all that is holy, learn from my mistake. AVOID.
