My order is late/delayed or lost as far as I know. The chat person abandoned the chat for over 40 minutes when I started asking the tough questions about why they were not assisting me further. The customer service chat person does not know and won't "break their protocol" to help me further. (With all the complaints/bad reviews I have seen, they need to change their protocol so they don't have to tell you they can't "break the protocol"). The first chat 5 days ago gave little info but it did get them to send an email with a tracking number (that should have already been sent, email was 11 days late). The second chat person today advised the order would be put on a list so that it is reviewed and sped up. (That is what should have been done on the first chat conversation). They told me to contact them in 6 days if the tracking number status wasn't updated. I told them good customer service would be for them to proactively contact me in less than 6 days. Speaking to a Supervisor was a no-go. I may not get my order, I may get no further assistance from them and the best way for them to hear how bad they are could be in the chat. Suggestion: go on the chat and just post all the recent bad reviews you can find, and give them a link to them too. If they aren't providing any real customer service give them some reading material to pass the time.

Placed two orders on April 3rd, order number ******* and *******. Received the orders on April 22nd and April 23rd. 7/10 shields wrong. A card was sent in the package that read" not the items you want but the safety you need". Really? And obviously designs no one orders, as they were hideous designs. I sat over four hours online for the "live" chat, that is the only way to contact the company, and was disconnected three times before finally getting through. An Olivia informed me that the shields i ordered were out of stock and gave me options of what was available to send out. The transcript of that chat was emailed to me as proof. On April 30th, I received two emails stating shipments were on their way. There is no updated info on the emails, and contains original tracking info from the original deliveries, so there is no way to confirm a shipment is ACTUALLY on the way. In a complaint filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau, a Juan Hernandez stated that the original items will shipped out immediately and an email was given which was an invalid email that does not work. Now, n a last attempt to clarify, I waited three hours this morning, May 11th, on a chat queue, only to have a Sebastian join the chat and immediately end it. At this point, my frustration is far beyond filing another complaint or hoping a shipment comes. It seems the only recourse is legal action against this mismanaged company. No one should ever do business with the company again. I certainly will not be and will be telling everyone i know and post everywhere on social media about how terrible of a service you provide and what little regard you have for customer service.
After posting negative reviews on another site, I was contacted twice by the company, promising to fix the situation. After two responses Ana's these promises, nothing still has been done.
I ordered from SAFishing last year, no problem. My order came as expected. This year I ordered on Nov 29th, it is now Dec 17th. I received my order number, nothing about shipping. The next information is from their website. Not true

I placed an order on April 24,2019 in which the money has already been taken from my account. I have been lied two twice about my order.
I contacted SA Company on May 11,2020 and chatted with a customer service rep named "Stephen." I explained to "Stephen" that my order was placed on April 24th and it has been in the "processing" phase since that day and I have heard nothing about my order. He told me about the COVID-19 standard excuse and I accepted that because he ensured me that my order was shipping within 48 hours and I would receive an email. On May 15th, 2020 I have still heard nothing nor received anything and my order is still in the "processing" phase.
On May 15,2020 at 9:30am, I logged onto the Company's Public Website and initiated a chat session once more. Chat is the only way to speak with anyone from the company. I was told by "Leo" this time, the standard COVID-19 excuse and that my order was never fully processed, as it was still on hold. I explained to him that I was told otherwise on May 11th, and he insured me that he would expedite the delivery and I would have it within 7-10 days. He even gave me a new order number, by adding the letters "CS" in front of my old order number. I assumed this was valid. However, at 2:00 pm on May 15th, 2020 I checked my order status on the company's website and it is still listed as "processing."
Both times I was lied too. This is after they took my money and now the company is refusing to speak to anyone; instead, they are using a chat platform with personnel who are blatantly lying about orders. I paid this company as a consumer and the company is faulting in their obligation to fulfill the contract.
I had to file a complaint with the Florida BBB (Better Business Bureau) which I wished I had reviewed before I placed my order. Apparently, this company is infamous for not shipping products and now the COVID-19 excuse is being used excessively to cover for their scam. They were also found guilty in paying people to promote them in a positive way on the BBB review site. This review is unfortunate! I had purchased other items in the past with no issue. This simple order has been a nightmare. I placed the order on 1/26/25. Confirmed. Got my first tracking on 1/27/25. Starting on 2/2/25 my package was "En Route" with an expected delivery of 2/3/25. Every day i check the tracking and every day the package says "En Route" and is pushed out another day. I contacted support 10+ times so far and their only reply is they can see the package is processing and to give them one more day. Today is 3/1/25. Nobody can tell me what state the package is in or why. They refuse to cancel the order and ship out another order. Needless to say the trip i needed the items for has come and gone so the items are no longer needed. There is no support from support.
