Just like everyone else, the customer service is virtually non-existent, and they substitute with what you don't order. What kind of monkeys do they have working over there, anyway?
I ordered once before a while back, and only 2 of the five I ordered were incorrect. Fast forward to the beginning of the month, I decided to order 5 more.
First came the email saying my order could be delayed a week or two due to the state of the country, and like many, no tracking number was provided for me, either.
Three weeks later on 4-19, I receive another email saying they would be delivered today, however, I have no knowledge of Sundays being a day where any companies are delivering.
No go until 4-23, and I, too, got the infamous card stating they weren't the designs I ordered, but the safety I need, with all 5 being wrong.
I attempted to contact customer service, but wasted little time as I've seen how phenomenal their customer service is and I don't have the time to be horsing around trying to sort out their blunders.
How the hell can you tell what you get without opening with the way they're folded? I got a kick out of their "if the substitutions are wrong, contact customer service and they'll make it right" line they put on those cards.
I didn't bother taking the tags off and put 4 of the 5 back in the packages and back into the bag they came in, along with everything else they sent.
I will write refused on the package and send them back with KEEP written on the label.
I am done messing with these clowns and I'm not expecting a refund back with the reports I've seen.
They should be shut down for running lousy business, false advertising, and ripping off customers.
Ordered 12 scarves, only got 8 for my epic picture on Christmas. Called on Dec 20. Got them by 12/24!

Arm sleeves arrived with holes already in them, and are too small to even pull past my elbow with ripping, and these are the next size up from my normal size. DO NOT BUY THIS TOTAL JUNK FROM CHINA
If I could give this 0 stars I would! Beware of this company don't order from them at ALL. I ordered the buy 1 get 4 free masks on April 8,2020 and only received four masks plus they aren't the colors I ordered. I got online to contact them yesterday Friday April 24,2020 when they came in the mail and got to number 14 in the queue and it closed, I was like okay I'll try again early tomorrow (Saturday, today 04-25-2020) and got on at 11 am today and been trying till 5:32 eastern time. I got kicked out the line so many times and when I got through one time a worker named Eric joined the chat then immediately left the chat which makes it seem like you have been helped and starts you at the end of the line again. I try again and make it through and it is the same person Eric and he says "Eric: hello, Please allow me a moment to get back with you, I do apologize in advance if my responses are delayed. It's very busy at this moment. Please let me know how can i help you? Thank you for your patience

I was not able to get any type of help from the company and hope that no one else purchases from this company because it seems like a scam when it comes to customer service.

Hopefully this message is read before any and every purchase is made. I have been patient and for the most part respectful up until this point. What bothers me the most is that sa fishing is using the covid 19 pandemic as a promotional tool to get recognition. Why now all of the sudden you want to donate your face shields (which don't have any filter to protect against this virus) to nurses, first responders, essential workers. Why not donate before all this, why not take care of your customers that are paying for there items and then waiting almost a month jus for a tracking number. My order was placed on 4/6/200 and it is 4/29/2020 still no real idea of when my order will be filled, but it only took you guys one day to pull the money out of my account. I have dealt with there online live chat for the past 2 weeks and they have lied over and over to me about when my order will be filled and that they're sorry for the inconvenience, if they were half as sorry as they claimed Thomas DeSernia would be delivering all these orders himself with a discount, if not free (like all the other "donations " he's given). This is a company that's looking for a quick buck and not worried about the long run. There's way more options out there that are way cheaper, same exact style, material, designs, in not better. I believe this company is a third party piggy backing off of websites that sell everything at wholesale prices (wish, dhgate, etc.), and then taxing its customers for their own profit. Like I said in the beginning hopefully every potential purchaser reads this message before making the mistake I did and the rest of the reviewers below and above me have made.

DO NOT BUY FROM, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY. I placed an order on April 12th, about a well later I got tracking info for a completely different order going to Nevada. I emailed and did chat multiple times. Finally got tracking for my order April 30th and it is now May 14th and package still shows its assay DHL in Florida. There chart doesn't work right, you call phone number and it says their closed, it's a complete joke and the worst and I mean worst customer experience I've ever had in my 39 years on this planet. I am now disputing charge with Bank! FYI I order from my normal softball sleeve company, sleefes.com which is in Florida also and had my masks within a week

I ordered face shields 2 weeks ago and I got nothing. It said 2-5 days. I tried messaging and they never responded. Horrible customer service.
I purchased the buy one get four free pack of face shields or neck gaiters on April 4th for a total of about $26 USD. Part of the reason why I chose SA instead of a competitor was because their advertising stated that the neck gaiters were in stock and ready to ship. After I placed the order I received an email from SA stating that due to the pandemic orders may be delayed 7 to 15 days. I sent an email after about a week asking for a status update on shipping while trying to make up my mind if I should just cancel the order and then order from somewhere else. I did not receive anything back from SA except advertising until April 19th in which I received an unpersonal form email stating that my order had shipped and that I could expect tracking info within a few days. This was hard to understand because I know if the order had shipped the tracking info would already be available. During the next couple weeks I tried to send several emails and I sat in queue on the customer service chat for literally hours. I provided my email address so that if I was disconnected they could still contact me and also accepted push notifications as suggested by the chat bot. I never was able to talk to customer service and never received any reply from them via push notification or email. Customer service was completely shut down except for the overloaded chat option. Finally on May 21st I received tracking information. Today on May 24th I finally received my order in the mail. I have never received an apology or any show of concern from SA about the extreme delay on getting my order out. So now I open my order to find not a single style that I chose had shipped and that they had substituted all five designs for other ridiculous designs that I will never wear. Also they were different thicknesses and sizes, no consistency whatsoever except that they're all made in China.
