I ordered on March 27th. They have not shipped my order and every time I have tried to communicate with them it has been very frustrating. The "Live" chat has to be the most inefficient form of communication I have ever used. They put you in queue that always starts at 99 and then counts down. When it is your turn to speak to a customer service representative, they tell you they are speaking with multiple people at once and to bear with them. The responses you receive are very delayed. They hope you will close out the chat and start over. If you do not continue to speak with them, they will boot you to the end of the line. The responses are vague and seem scripted. My experience today was at least 3 hours long. They claim they are slammed and cannot fill or ship orders fast enough, but I suspect from reading these reviews and the posts on Facebook that they are a drop shipment company that gets all of their products come from China. They probably can't ship orders because they do not have stock. That is why people are not getting what they ordered and if they do get anything it is wrong. They hide comments on social media and do not respond to customers in a timely manner. They finally supplied me with a tracking number on April 23rd and claimed that they shipped it out on April 4th. USPS shows no record of receiving it. I would not do business with them ever again and I don't recommend you do either. At this point, I will be shocked if I receive anything from them.
I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal. They gave PayPal the same BS tracking number they gave me to stall the refund. PayPal claims they are refunding my money tomorrow. We will see.
Not only do I feel safe, they are super comfortable to wear. I love these facemasks. These are super breathable. Shipped in time!
I ordered 5 for $15 and additional 1 at $3. Credit card was charged $24.77. I received 5 face shields with order statement that says charged $21.77 however my credit card was not refunded the $3. I received a card "NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE, BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED" "IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT" I am not SATISFIED! I am not happy with the designs or skulls face shields. I already have 2 mask from other companies. I am not pleased that whatever is available was sent to me without my approval and not what I ordered. I want to return these 5 items with the decal, that I did not approve, want, or ordered, at their expense for return postage and the full refund of $24.77 that was charged on my credit card. This is what I call taking advantage of the customer so they can benefit. I then waited about 40 minutes for a live chat as stated I was 99 in the que. Sebastian joined the chat and immediately left without any acknowledgement, I had to resubmit and I am again 99 in the que, so disappointing not to get what I ordered, over charged, and then to be disregarded.

Order never comes. No one answers the phone, chat or FB. Ridiculous that they accept orders instead of telling customers unavailable

If I could give 0 stars I would. Reached out to the company 5 times never a single real response, just a canned email about how they're doing there best and to expect delays of up to 7 days, then 10 days, then 14 days and now 30 days.
It's been almost 30 days since I placed my 2 orders and so far I've had no actual updates on when to expect my order. Received emails 12 days ago with tracking #'s & as far as I can tell one order has never even left there warehouse. Great job creating a shipping label.
SA Company needs to STOP their advertising, STOP taking orders and concentrate on getting their back orders shipped! At the least do a real follow up with your customers.
As for an actual product review, well that will have to wait until I actually recieve my order.
I get it, high demand right now due to covid-19 but they're really the ones taking advantage here, they have a captive audience and they know it.
UPDATE: Got my order, complete crap. Recied only one item as ordered and the rest is pure JUNK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Notice that the card in closed says "IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT" well good luck with that, they have no phone service and their email and chat responses are always the same. Sorry we can't help you at this time! But they can still take your order and steal your money$$$

The keep claiming that my items are backordered. They will not issue a refund. It has been almost 2 months now.
Ordered 10 face shields. 2/10 are correct. They claim because of Covid19. $110 scam. Cannot get in touch with anyone.
Placed an order for 5 faceshields the beginning of April. Never received a conformation about my order. I figured with the Covid-19 there would be a little delay in processing and also was aware shipping could take 3 to 4 weeks. I was okay with that. A couple weeks after I made the purchase I contacted SA Company on 4/16/20 to verify my purchase. The representative I spoke with confirmed the order and said she would follow up with shipping information. On 4/18/20 I received an email from SACo stating order was shipped. A few days latter I receive my order. Upon opening the package there was a card that mentioned the items sent were not the prints I ordered and if I did not like the prints to contact SACo and they would send out the correct prints. I have tried contacting SACo since the day I got the wrong items. They have shut down the phone number on file and are only conducting Customer Service on their instant Chat. Every morning I would log onto SACo chat. I would receive a message stating I was 99th in the queue and a representative would be with me soon. I would sit on the chat all day without a response. On 5/16/20 I received an email from SACo that they had bad software and it was causing issues with the chat and the issue was corrected and they were able to help customers again. On 5/16/20 I logged into chat. When I logged in it said a representative would be with me in a few minutes. I ended up sitting on chat all day until chat shut down. At the end of the day it gave option to leave a message and contact info and a representative would get back in touch within 24 hours. We are now going on 9 days of the chat being fixed and trying to contact customer service via chat and still not getting a response. I recommend never buying from this company and if you have and are having the same issue as myself file a complaint with the FTC.
