Following recent policy changes are discouraging.
A) If a seller is following unfair practice, for example, offering cashback for 5 star reviews, Amazon doesn't allow us to comment the fact on product page, they ask us to give the review on the seller page. But then, product rating shown to prospective buyers on the product page is a fraud.
B) Returns policy is changing adversely. Even though replacement is allowed in a product page, when replacement is requested, they say its not allowed unless I prove that product is defective.
A) I find products on Amazon which I don't find elsewhere.
B) Prices are competitive and delivery is fast.
C) Reviews are generally reliable.
D) Returns policy is somewhat okay
