I ordered two rugs, at the same time, one was delivered several days after the order however the other did not come until two weeks later. I have both of them now and love them

Shopping for this rug was simple and the pattern was beautiful, but the quality was terrible. The rug was like cardboard, would not flatten out, slid all over because it was so lightweight even with a rug pad. When I tried to return, I discovered I had to pay for returns and for a box to put it in making the cost to return almost the same amount as I paid.

Great selection and communication regarding delivery. I ordered even though it was on backorder and they delivered sooner.

I love the rugs and the prices! The product came on time and is good quality.

Love the rugs that I bought (5 total). One came really fast, but the other 4 took quite a while. The tracking information was not helpful at all. Other than some minor delivery frustration, it's been a good experience!

The wrong shaped rug was sent in a took several weeks before I received a follow up email pull up email when I tried to contact the company. I will not be in a hurry to use again. Thank you for your follow up.

The rug was not a fiery red but more of a coral/red... very cheap looking

Love my rug! The colors are beautiful (just as shown) and the delivery was wayyy quicker than expected. It was here in less than a week and with all the shipping issues going on now, I really thought it would be at least two weeks.

The rugs that I ordered are amazing -- I especially like the Nuloom runners I ordered. The shipping however took forever, almost 2 weeks to get everything. But, that shipping seems to be a problems for all companies right now.
