Hassle free and expectations more than met. The living room and entrance way runner I chose compliment the new interior paint in the house even better than I'd anticipated. I was surprised by the depth of the hallway runner- thick and sturdy! So it made for an even better front door entrance rug than I had hoped.
The best rug I could find, love how soft and elegant it is.
Good prices. I couldn't open reviews pop up though. And remember g smelled bad. But it is cute! Hopefully smell will disappear!

The order and customer service were good. But the product was v less than expected. The rugs are thin and curl up at the edges and do not stay in place even with heavy duty rug pad. Disappointed quality.

The rug arrived quickly and was in great condition.
I received an email that said 10% off if I ordered, but that is not autopopulating so I guess I'm not getting 10% off

It was awesome and I love my rug! It arrived and looked exactly like it was supposed to.
I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this rug. It was a great value and is really well made. Better than expected and quickly delivered. Just ordered another rug for another room.
Pictures of the rugs could be larger. They are clear and are easy to see and when we got our rug, it was exactly as pictured.

Love my shag rug. The pile isn't as thick as I thought it would be, but still a VERY nice, sophisticated looking rug. Everyone loves it. Needs a thicker than 1/8" rug pad to go underneath it.
I found a rug that I liked, I bought it along with a pad and got them within a week. The rug is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase as well as the service.
