It was a nice Rug but it was inaccurate description of the picture it shows on the website. They need to update it, or they simply shipped the wrong one to me. Oh well

Good selection of rugs. Found several that I was interested in. Chose the best for me partly based on others reviews. Looks just like a higher end rug I was eating at a popular home furnishings store.

Nice website etc. But what I ordered and what I received could not be more different. I ordered a very brightly colored geometric rug and instead I got rug of all light toned grays. I'm too busy to go through the process of packing it up, getting the RMA and sending it back. So I'm keeping it. It's a nice rug, looks good; it's just not what I ordered.

The process of getting the rug was awesome. But the style I chose wrinkles and does not lay flat. I tried to steam it and it got worse.

I bought three rugs and all smelt musty and felt damp when I opened the boxes and unrolled them. I was jot satisfied with the overall quality and found they were made in India. For some reason I thought the rugs were made in the UsA.

With all of the supply chain problems going on during the pandemic, I had a low bar of expectation. However, everything (rugs, rug pads, and lamps) were all delivered in a timely manner. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of what I received.

Came on time. Securely wrapped. It will be easier if you have two people to do the unrolling. Especially if you buy the pad I bought the braided rug it is very heavy and nicely made. I am having a little problem with getting it ti lie square. I have a little of the pad showing on both ends. Hopefully with time, it. Will stretch a bit

Didn't love the rugs I ordered so I returned them. It took a while to get my refund. Overall, a good experience.

I did not know the rug I purchased was not a woven rug but a mat that the image of a woven rug is printed on. I never would have bought if I had known. It looks pretty and I like the colors but when you touch the rug it feels cheap and not quality. I have purchased many rugs from Rug USA and didn't realize they sold this type.

Rug arrived a bit later than expected but was still within a few weeks of ordering during a labor shortage so I can't really complain. Product seems nice for the price. No scent or off-gassing at all which is nice. My only complaint is that it was listed as tufted wool but has loops. I had specifically wanted to avoid loops due to snagging dog toenails, but I like the rug so kept it and we'll see how it wears.

Still waiting for delivery of rug ordered on Nov 22 and, I had to cancel and reorder on November 30th and still no rug or email with update for deliveru

Found a great rug at a fraction of the cost of other sites. Fits perfectly in my home and the quality is just as shown in the photos!

After I checked out and left a comment. Customer service applied the 10% code afterwards. I am pleased with my experience with RugUSA. Awesome web site and great customer service; being attentive to the consumer needs.

I ordered 3 rugs with "Standard" grip pads. The rugs were satisfactory. The pads were not as expected and wished to return two unopened pads. Rugs USA requested pictures of the produce prior to return. Rugs USA said to wait a day for an email to reply with photos of each pad. I waited many days and finally received an email that said my issue would be closed. I replied with copies of the pads as instructed. I am still waiting fir a shipping label and instructions for return.

I received a very large rug nicely wrapped in plastic. When I opened it up completely, the rug was damp and smelled like mold.
The company offered me at 30% credit back or I could return for new one. I was able to clean the rug so I asked for the credit.

I'm loving my new rug. Already looking at other rugs to order for my home.

I like the feel and weave size of the rug- soft and intricate.

It's been a few weeks and the rug still won't lay flat. I've tried everything. Slightly better now I'm good enough for a guest bedroom but I would not recommend this rug
