Rug was exactly as described on site and looks perfect in my space. I haven't had any issues with the edges sticking up at all. This is the second rug I've purchased from Rugs USA and will definitely purchase from them again.

I've purchased two rugs from Rugs USA so far, and the first one was a jute rug that was a bit messy. It shedded quite a bit, but after a year or so, that slowed a bit. I guess that's to be expected for jute, however. The second rug has been absolutely beautiful and perfect. Very happy with both purchases!

My large rugs were shipped folded
Not rolled. Still fighting with heavy fold lines and wrinkles. Ordered large rugs a couple of years before without any problem - rolled and smooth. Disappointed this time.

Rug came much sooner than the anticipated delivery and it's what we expected - some defects in the rug, but after reading reviews of jute rugs from Rugs USA, it was expected. Pleased with what we paid.

FedEx ship my rug almost all over the United States before it reached me instead of sending it directly where I would've gotten it quicker

Rugs arrived literally the day after ordering them. But the quality was questionable. They weren't the exact length that was specified on the website, all of them were a couple inches shorter. They were also not cut straight in the edges. You get what you pay for I guess.

My wife ordered the rug I could care less about the style of her taste but I care about the build quality of the stuff she orders and this rug feels to the touch much much cheaper than what I paid for. The rug we had prior to this one was from Costco, it was a bit smaller but felt softer and more dens thicker and at half the price of rugs USA and I wasn't too pleased with the way it was folded because when I put it on the floor in its place it had many bumps at the folds, I hope it was rolled up instead of folded but then it would probably be harder to ship

We are really pleased with our rug. It arrived in a timely manner and was as described. Being a jute rug, I do wonder how long it will hold up, but so far so good.
