After looking at the photo online the rug looked thick and just what we were looking for. You know the kind when you walk in someone's home and you just sink into the carpet around the coffee table. We even bought the best pad. It's not much better then walking on a bath mat. Disappointed on that fact but the color in the rug is the color we have been looking for.

Easy purchase. Great selections. Fast service. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

The rug is average, with a loose weave and it is difficult to keep straight even with a pad under it. I would have returned it, but it is too much trouble..

The rug is as it was pictured on the website. Love it. Came on time.

Pretty rug, poor quality. I cannot imagine spending what the original price was. The rug mat the description as far as size and color, and being shag. However, it is so thin, that I can feel the floor underneath it when barefoot.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The delivery was quick also.

I just ordered so I can't comment yet. The website is easy to use. I wish all of the rugs were available for the "see in your room" feature. That's very helpful.

I was looking for a washable area rug and came across Rugs USA. The item arrived on time and I was really surprised with how much I love this rug! I thought the pricing on this rug was great too considering area rugs are SO expensive. Very happy and will buy our living rug with Rugs USA too.

However, order was delivered a few days later than the anticipated date offered at the time I placed the order. Normally, this might not be a problem but I ordered the rug to arrive during a window I had flown to a home we are preparing to move into and the delivery occurred after I had left. Fortunately, a friend nearby had my garage remote control and was able to put the package in my garage.

Rug was called "distressed" in description but is actually a shiny material. Price was good so we kept it. Looks much better after a few days.

The site does not let users apply more than one search filter at a time :(

We received our rug very quickly but didn't put it out due to the room not being ready. When we did I was pleased with how it looked although there were many loose ends that I needed to be cut. I first thought I had it upside down, then I saw the binding. It is very organic in that it isn't perfectly rectangular because of the jute but it lays beautifully and it is a perfect bottom layer to the next rug that's going on top.

Easy to order, hit rug faster than expected. It's a round rug and will not lay flat. Has a bubble in the middle. Kind of disappointed about that as rug matches and was what I wanted.

I have ordered on this site before and was happy with item. However, this time around. I opened up my wrapped rug to find what appeared liked bird poop on one end of the rug. :(

I have ordered rugs from Rugs USA before that are good quality but this one isn't really comparable. The colors were mostly like the pictures but the thickness and feel of the rug isn't great.

The rug is perfect. The delays created by Fed Rx were ridiculous. The original delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I have ample covered porch space and the driver opted to leave us a note saying they could not leave it securely. This caused a four day delay in getting the rug which we ended up picking up from a distribution center.
