Lesson learned

Lesson learned. I didn't realize Rotita was Chinese, sounds Latino or I would have read the return policy and figured the size would be too small and ordered accordingly. Asians do tend to make items in their size, which is always small. The items are very nice but don't fit. Since it will cost me over half the price of what I paid just for shipping the items back, I'll try to salvage my loss selling them on eBay but in the correct size category and for as little as I paid for them. My pkg. Did take forever to get here but no complaints because the shipping is free. I ship Int'l online from eBay and Etsy and my customers wait for my stuff overseas from here too. It took 3 weeks for an item to make it to Germany. So to be fair customers complaining that shipping is long has nothing to do with Rotita. It is what it is. Priority Mail is no better, and shipping will be worse in the future because the U.S. is dismantling the Post Office. Over 400 centers are shutting down. Privatizing our not-for-profit but service Post Office in the U.S. is just plain WRONG! Complain to congress Ha!

This is the worst place to order from, they prey on american people, I ordered close to 200.00 worth of clothes none of them fit. I wear a size 12 and these clothes are for a 10 year old my dress had a large stain on it, and it looked like they made these clothes to order that's why it takes so long... I want my damn money back for these cheap clothes, and I will be reporting to the BBB.

Our size based on Asian size which is smaller than that of western country so we generally suggest customer buy a larger size.So we hope you understand that.

IM STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. I PLACED MY ORDERS 12/25/ 14, ITS 1/ 13/ 15 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. I SEE THAT IT IS A SCAM OUT OF THE STATES. I USE MY CREDIT CARD TO, DAMN. I WORK WITH THE T. V STATION, SO FAR THIS ROTITA HAS MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE. WE ARE GOING TO TRACK THIS SO CALLED COMPANY DOWN. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN, BECAUSE THIS IS A FRAUD. SO NEW CUSTOMERS PLEASE DONOT ODER FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS IT IS A SCAM. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER, I SPEND CLOSE TO 200.00 DOLLARS. RED FLAG ALERT THE STORE IS RAN OUT OF A APARTMENT WE WILL BE FLYING DOWN TO TRACK THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ROTITA. SO FAR ALL I SEE IS BAD REVIEWS. I purchased 8 dresses on Rotita.com on 12/4/14 for $162 and then after doing some more in-depth research after seeing a Huffington Post article on a similar website, I decided I was going to cancel my order instead of seeing what types of clothes I would receive. ** FYI at that time - the domain was only active for 51 days. Huge red flag ** I submitted a ticket on Rotita.com (this is the only way to cancel an order) on 12/4/14 in the evening. Did not receive ANY correspondence from the website until 12/9 - which was a shipment confirmation! Tried submitting ANOTHER ticket on their website which got a response of "sorry - order is out for shipment". I went back & forth with the company with a final response of - "You will have to return once you receive". I finally got the package on 1/2/15 - and out of curiosity - tried on the clothes. The materials were poor to decent but the way the clothes fit were awkward. All sizes were mediums but they all fit differently, one was too small. Overall, they did not fit properly and the seams were not straight. Went to fill out ANOTHER ticket to get the return shipping address (which you have to send back for full refund within 7 days) and we went back & forth 5 times over 3 days before they finally sent me the return address. NOTE - I asked for the return shipping address in my FIRST response. In summary: This purchase has wasted so much of my time and it cost me $52 to ship the clothes back, which they will not refund. Learn from my mistakes! That will be worth the time & money spent fighting to get this order cancelled. I will not be making this mistake EVER again.

I am very disappointed with the dress that I ordered! The fitting of the dress was very, very, very small and very poor quality! I would not recommend this site to anybody, because you will not get what you ordered! This site is RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY!

I used them one time, they are slow it getting it to you, but it is coming from China. The quality was good. Again just give yourself a couple of weeks to get the product.

This website is PATHETIC. They post pics of dresses which when they arrive, they look disgusting and awful fitting and then if you want to return, it should go to China for returns!

Not happy with shipping as after order placed 4 weeks ago (Nov 28)... did not arrive in time for holidays (Dec 24) and I ended up having to purchase gifts elsewhere at last minute. Rotita could not give me a date when it would be received and still have not done so. I have requested refund. Their customer service was nice, however, but lacking in shipping information.

I recently ordered what appeared to be a really nice holiday dress from the website. What I received was small enough for a 12 year old.
I tried to find out how to return to get my money back - and the process is a JOKE. You have to take a picture of the item and PROVE that there is a problem. You then send them the photo via email and they will decide if your complaint is worthy of a refund.

It is a huge scam.

Worst website

Worst website. Ordered items and never got them, they then gave me a fake fedex tracking # and said they tried to deliver my package via US postal service on a sunday. I'm glad I went through paypal. Otherwise i'm not sure if I would of gotten my money back.

Just a while back this site was wholesaleitonline.com. I gave it average rating for my order. Did get the t-shirt I ordered, size bit small, fabric not as described, but not too bad. So called free shipping, including shipping cost in item value, is not a good idea. It just adds to the duties and fees paid for customs.

Why the sudden change of company name and website again? Makes me suspicious. Not a good way to build a loyal return customer base. Will work to reset for example WOT warnings from disappointed customers. I'd rather avoid a site that has not been rated yet. Many apparel photos are photoshopped to show sickly thin waist, anatomically impossible. So I cannot see what the clothes would really look like on a human figure. When I logged in there were items in my cart that I do not remember adding. Odd. Will skip on ordering this time.

EDIT as a reply to Rotita's comment: I am size S-M and ordered size L, knowing to expect some sizing issues (as you can see on my review for the previous business name WholesaleItOnline). The T-shirt was still close fit instead of the loose fit shown on the product photo. I have lived in Asia for many years, and I know the average sizing there, and I also know how often manufacturers try to save on fabric cost disregarding product descriptions and sizing requirements. If you are the manufacturer: don't cut the sizes or you will lose repeat customers and reputation. If you are a vendor: you have to have strict quality control and keep your eye on your manufacturers. Anyhow, the T-shirt was cute and still wearable and I received it in reasonable time. Unfortunately, due to the recent change of business name and odd items appearing on my cart twice when returning to check the rotita.com page, I will follow ratings before ordering again.
