My daughter and I both both many items in separate orders and followed the sizing. ALL the items did not fit and were poor quality, NOT at all looking like the models that wore them. The material even was cheap. To send them back was going to cost almost $100 each which is ridiculous and not worth it. First we paid for express shipping which was anything but express, then all of our items to Canada were sent via the USA so we ended up getting charged an import duty fee from DHL to pick up the packages which was another $25 each. All in all I would NEVER recommend them or their clothing as it is all crap. I was told if I provided the waybill numbers we would each get the import fee back. I received mine after 5 months but my daughter will only get half and that is after 7 months of emails back and forth. Though they did give my daughter half back, there would have been NO IMPORT FEE had they NOT delivered via the USA so in response to what the Rotita person replied makes no sense. Had they delivered directly this wouldn't have been an issue AT ALL plus I had already been promised months ago we would BOTH be reimbursed for the total import fees paid!
