I just ordered 2 one piece bathing suits and one cover up. I need these by March 14 so I chose expedited shipping with range of the 13 th-21st. I wish I had known it was coming from China so I'm highly doubtful that I will receive it on time for my trip to The Maldives. The suits are beautiful with all positive reviews which does make me a little suspicious. Prices are great so I took a chance. 🤞

I have ordered from this company for a few years and have never had an issue. When I returned an item, they were very cooperative and instructions were simple and easy. My only complaint is their tracking. It should list the city or town of each destination the order has reached.
Great website and terrific shopping experience because the selections are lovely, but more because the sizing is right on no matter what size. The shopper is choosing. I am always happy with my purchases when the postman brings them to my door. Thank you, Rotita!
Almost did not place my order. The spin ads where very annoying when you are trying to make close an order. Because of the annoyance there where 2 more suits I wanted I was too aggravated to go back. Sorry
I bought 2 swimsuits in size small-- forgetting I am not longer the "small" person I used to be so I had to return them- figuring I would buy 2 new ones in medium. I contacted Customer Service for help-- and they were wonderful-- giving me options. I could keep them and they would give me a large credit on my next order / return or exchange them -- or return them for a full credit (minus shipping). I chose the full credit-- figuring it would give me time to re-look at swimsuits. I printed out their label and mailed the suits back. I was surprised how quickly I received the credit.
I read some horrible reviews about Rotita and almost did not buy from them because of this. So glad I decided to ignore them and make my own decision. Have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from.
I am waiting for my new swimsuits. When I receive them I will leave reviews on them.
