Do not order from this company! I ordered a cute homecoming dress for my daughter. Website claims with standard shipping, you should receive in 4-8 days, allowing 24 hours for processing. It took almost 4 weeks to get the dress! Tracking information was never updated and I finally filed a complaint through PayPal. I had to purchase another dress locally for my daughter to wear since we didn't get it in time. When we finally got the dress, it didn't look like the website photo and was very poor quality. I contacted the company and we have been going back and forth for a week about returning the dress for a refund. I have no problems shipping it back at my own expense as long as I receive a refund. I was told I can get compensation, but no refund. It is very frustrating and the only reason I purchased from this company is because I thought I was protected using PayPal. All I want is my money back. Do not order anything from this company - biggest mistake ever. Lesson learned!

Your order was sent out on Sept 30th, during 24 hours after you made the payment. But it’s delayed in the transit, we sent by USPS, which is not in charge of us. We tracked and found that it’s delivered in 2 weeks. We would like to refund shipping fee, to save your loss.
We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original package. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
