The clothes I received were not as great as the website showed. One item was slightly puckered. Neither item looked good on me so I decided to return them thinking that this would be simple as online clothes shopping should facilitate this. Belatedly I discovered from Rotita's Returns and Refunds policy that they will only return 40% of your payment to cover their shipping costs although they advertise free shipping worldwide.
I tried to contact to contact Customer Service which can only be achieved by their website service and received this reply by a No Reply email

"You can send back, but you need to pay for the shipping fee back if return, which is expensive, because its returned to China. I think it is not worthy and troublesome. So we suggest you keep the order, and if you really cannot wear it, you can sell it online or send it to someone as a gift. If you trust me, I can apply some compensation for u to make up your loss, do you agree?" Since when I have received no further contact in reply to my email inquiring about the compensation mentioned!
This company makes communication extremely difficult, probably to spin the time out for returns. My advice is don't deal with them! Customer Service does not exist!

Why do you not return, directly to the customer, the money you took on unsupplied items?
I ordered the dresses, on January 21st, they did not arrive, I have not had my money back despite several requests to the company to return the money directly to me.

First I was surprised it was from China. I am totally disgusted - the item arrived badly creased, due to a couldn't care less packaging for shipping method. Then the fun starts, the item had a very obvious manufacturing fault on the front of the garment, proving their couldn't care less attitude continues, they obviously did not check the item. (or do they buy defective seconds?) I sent photographs, a close up of the defect and one photo of the front of the garment to show the location. They did respond, but had the audacity to offer 20% discount - having the information I had sent they should have offered 100% refund, the item cannot be worn, so of no value whatsoever. I responded, they offered to accept return, BUT EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE RETURN!
Looking at the web blogs ( wish I had looked before buying) - they seem to be probably the worst Company in existence

The clothes I received after one month was completely garbage and different from the pictures in their website. See the attached picture and how crappy is cut at the bottom of cloths and looks awful if try it on. Besides the color of top and bottom is different. Please do not waste your money in their products.

The coatigan I ordered was nothing like the quality it appeared in the advertisement on line. Poorly made, cottons unfinished, flimsy, would never wear it. Now disputing return of money. Say too costly to post it back. I had no idea it had come from China till it arrived. Be warned the things look nice on line but they are not. I would never buy from here again. I wish I had looked at this review site before purchase. After days of emails the company will only reimburse into your store account not refund any money to your own bank account from whence it came. Disgraceful.

Their items look very nice on their site. Ordered 2 dresses and a sweater. The only thing I received was a dress made of awful material. Two different colors and it drug the ground Tried sending it back. No reply did not ever get my other dress or sweater. Rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Do not buy from this company. Quality is absolute rubbish and looks nothing like the pictures on website. The garment is unwearable. Wanted to return but would have to pay shipping both ways and would only receive 60% refund. They advised me to sell on EBay. Couldn't possibly as item is substandard. They offered 15% discount on next purchase... never again!

Merchandise FINALLY arrived one month after they took my money - all efforts to contact them were answered with an auto-reply email outlining their delivery policy, which is a total lie. I've filed a claim with PayPal, hoping they can get my money back for me. I'm not opening the package so I can't tell you what the dress actually looks like but after reading other reviews I'm sure it's crap. DO NOT BUY from this company - I don't know why they're allowed to do business in this country - they are a fraud.

Damaged zipper on coat

Been trying to get refund since November, Each correspondence with them becomes more and more nerve racking. One says they will compensate me and after two months they have no knowledge of problem and they want to start the process all over again.

I ordered s few dresses. I should have checked the reviews here before I did so. It is difficult to find stylish, plus-sized clothes. I was looking for some casual dresses to wear over leggings. I found exactly what I was looking for here--until they arrived, and much later than the promised 6-10 days for delivery.
The items were shoddy quality and the size, XXL, was laughable. They are maybe a 12 in US sizes. When I attempted to return the items, figuring XXXL would also not fit, or at least still be too snug, I got the run around. It would cost more then I paid to ship them back to China. The email said, "You could sell them online or give them as a gift to a friend." Seriously? I shop online because I live in a rural area and the hassle of both of those suggestions is in no way worth it. I chalked it up to a lesson learned (and not at an unsubstantial cost) and vowed I would badmouth this business as much as possible. I feel like I have been taken in by a Nigerian Prince.

Ordered a coat, returned it, was charged more to return the item than the cost of the merchandise, also refused to refund entire purchase price, reasons were all kind've shipping excuses, one right after the other. Never will I deal with these people/company again, when you see Rotita RUN, don't walk, they are a rip off.

Do not waste your money

I ordered what looked to be a beautiful sweater in size xxl. The size chart said it would fit size 16-18. I'm not kidding when I got it it was a child size. It might fit my 11 year old grandchild. If I return it I only get 60% credit and I have to pay the return fee which is astronomical. I can keep it and get a 15% credit. They send me a wrong size and I can't get credit!? Never again!

A first time buyer the dress didn't fit right all I wanted to do was exchange, but no it is going to cost me more than the dress!

False and misleading advertising. Website states items will be shipped 6-10 business days after payment confirmation. It is now day 19 and order has still not shipped. Numerous emails to company had resulted in different excuses and reasons why they have not shipped. I have now asked for a refund which they have advised will take 30 days and they are going to charge me $3 per item as a restock charge, even though the items have never left Rotita stock. It will be interesting to see if the refund is actually processed in 30 days. Items are shipped from China.

BEWARE of buying here.

Never have I received via an internet purchase such a shoddy item of clothing. The quality is appalling. The material is rag like. Badly sized and put together. The discounted price is obviously not a true statement. I promise you, It would be insulting to the shop to take it to a charity shop. Dealing with the ROTITA is no better. They offer you back just 60% of the price even though the goods are faulty and on top of that you pay the postage back. In view of this policy they even have the cheek to ask if I thought it was worth the trouble returning it. Now I'm finished here its going on Facebook and I intend making contact with PayPal. The days should be gone when can be so exposed to bad business practice online

Dress on it's way

I have upgraded this company as I felt my original review was a bit unfair. My first order from them arrived with no problem. I ordered the two layer maxi dress. I liked it so I ordered another one and this is where the problems began with customer service. I believe there was some kind of holiday in China by the time the second order went through. I wanted to alter the original size of the second order as the first dress shrunk a bit when I washed it. This is where it all went wrong. I believe they only have a very rudimentary grasp of English and get confused. Since I posted a bad review on Sitejabber I had an email saying the dress was on it's way. Unfortunately not in time for my holiday. I also had a reply to my review which was all about the size issue. I repeat as an English size 12 I have had to order the XL size. I am familiar with Asian sizing and have always been an L. I wouldn't order from them again. I only ordered because I liked the picture of the maxi dress on Facebook and thought it ideal for my holiday.

I would like to give fair warning to people who are ordering clothes or other items from companies who are stating on their web site Free Shipping and 30 day easy return. Please check in the small print what the circumstances are if the goods are not suitable. In my case when I tried to return unsuitable goods After searching amongst the small print (no easy job) I find I have to return them to. China by post adding a tracking number. This was going to cost me £59.50 for a parcel less than 2 kg. More than the goods cost. This was no good so after intervention by SiteJabber the company Rotita.com offered me compensation of 20% to be paid into my bank account and I have to keep the goods which are absolutely no good to me. I have now accepted and the money is in my bank. A lesson learned

The items are of very poor quality, when wanting to return they have said the shipping back to china will cost a lot so no point. They also will only give you a patial refund. A complete fraud.
