The clothes I received were not as great as the website showed. One item was slightly puckered. Neither item looked good on me so I decided to return them thinking that this would be simple as online clothes shopping should facilitate this. Belatedly I discovered from Rotita's Returns and Refunds policy that they will only return 40% of your payment to cover their shipping costs although they advertise free shipping worldwide.
I tried to contact to contact Customer Service which can only be achieved by their website service and received this reply by a No Reply email
"You can send back, but you need to pay for the shipping fee back if return, which is expensive, because its returned to China. I think it is not worthy and troublesome. So we suggest you keep the order, and if you really cannot wear it, you can sell it online or send it to someone as a gift. If you trust me, I can apply some compensation for u to make up your loss, do you agree?" Since when I have received no further contact in reply to my email inquiring about the compensation mentioned!
This company makes communication extremely difficult, probably to spin the time out for returns. My advice is don't deal with them! Customer Service does not exist!
