PayPal retrieved my money back in Full in just one day. This is not a reputable clothing company but one that appears Fraudulent. They use China as their excuse for items to not be returned but are believed to be based in UK. Ignore the small print as company could not use this in court of law. Report them to Trading Standards immediately, more reports made about Rotita the more investigations and hopefully crackdown on these unlawfully trading.

Inferior product

I just received the $30 + shirt I ordered and am terribly disappointed... absolute crap! The fabric and sewing is very inferior. I will never buy from Rotita again!

I never received my order, although I paid for it. Have tried unsuccessfully to reach Rotita, but they say my order number is invalid. Am going to have to fight them through my credit card now. AVOID THIS RIPOFF!

Do not buy from them!

I purchased a dress from these crooks off a Facebook ad that said free shipping and free returns. I order two sizes of the dress because of the fact it was coming from China. The dresses were grossly mismeasured and way too small. I have been trying to get a refund and they offered me $8 store credit. Then it was 20% (roughly $12).

Do not buy from these people. You will be scammed for crappy clothes that don't fit.

It's a rip off

My item was shipped to the wrong zip code so undeliverable went back to origin, they said I would have to pay the shipping again to get it delivered asked for refund was told it would only be a 60% refund to pay for the original "free shipping"

Bought 3 items and ordered size too big to allow for incorrect sizing. They came - all marked XL when I ordered XXL and all of them too small. I'm not even really an XL - they would give me a refund of 15% and and told me to donate them to charity because it would be too expensive to ship them back. They were right - it would've cost $61.00 to send back to China. COMPLETE RIP OFF - DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM!

My name is Greg and I'm from Grand Rapids, MI. I stumbled onto the rotita.com site. It looked great! Decided to buy something for my wife as a surprise for Valentine's Day. Never made it. 10 days later it still hasn't shipped. I almost bought some dresses for my daughters at the same time. SO GLAD I DIDN'T! Keep your money and move on. Very dishonest and misleading webstore.

This company sucks!

I bought 2 swimsuits in a size larger than I wear to allow for Chinese sizing. They arrived a couple weeks AFTER my vacation and were way too small. One suit which was suppose to be XXL was a small or Xsmall. I tried to get my money back. No go. Return shipping to China is way too expensive and they don't pay return shipping. I ended up with only15% of my original purchase price after corresponding back and forth for almost two weeks. Don't do business with them. You'll be disappointed wirh the poor qualoty and sizing and out your money.

China. The sites are set up to get your money! If you paid by credit card contact your card company to get your money back. If you paid by debit card contact your bank and claim your money back via the visa chargeback scheme. You need to follow the process but you can claim your money back. Rotita, Lily doll, Shein are all the same. Check before you buy where the company is based and their contact details. Do not order from these scam sites!

I admit their clothes look beautiful in the photos. But what I bought looked terrible on me and I asked how to return. I was told I would have to send it back to CHINA and that they would "try" and give me some credit if I bought something else. There return policy basically makes it so difficult and you have to get permission first to send it back and the fact that you look terrible in it doesn't seem to a reason. Don't buy from this company.

I haven't been able to give them no stars, or I would have.
Abysmal quality - the lovely blue dress that I bought was not the thing they sent to me. It had two layers, both different colours, both different fabrics. Poor, thin, cheap, I am SO disappointed. The coat I bought from them was very little better. I don't think that the items in the pictures are the items that arrive - just a very basic approximation of them.
I could have bought better quality from my local market stall.
I was offered a full refund if I returned them with tracking information... which would cost £58.00.
YES, FIFTY EIGHT POUNDS.
If you are lucky enough to be reading this before you send off, to gain any insight - do yourself a favour.
Keep your money.

Be very careful

This sizing is very small and material of poor quality. It is only possible to return goods by paying postage to China, All communication is via email. I was offered 10% refund on 42.00. Eventually increased to 30% that's is £12 60. Which was offered as a credit note! I insisted on a credit to PayPal. All in all a lesson learned, I should have read these online reviews.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered, item was poor quality, nothing like advertised, no sales or return slip with it, when I got in touch with company they said I had to pay "high shipping costs" to china, but the label on parcel gives an address in England, future buyers beware of buying tat!

Using Ritita's size chart I ordered a medium coat. It took over a month to get and it was so small I couldn't even get it on. I contacted them and they said I could echange it. I had to pay postage myself which was $32. I exchanged the medium for an XL and got the second coat last week and it is the same size as the first coat. It just has XL inside instead of a M but it is the exact size as the first coat. I now have almost $100 in this coat I can not even get on. Do not throw your money away on this company!
Update: April 3. Keep in mind I have almost $100 in this $52 coat. I can return the coat at a 30% restocking fee which I can get about $36 dollars refunded on a coat I have close to $100 in. Does this sound like a good deal to anyone?

I purchased a sweater it took two months to receive it. Not happy with it at all. I won't send it back after reading these reviews and the issues others have had. I will never order from them again.
