The dress I bought did not look anything like the photograph. The fit was bad and I wanted to return the product. Rotita wanted me to pay the cost of the return (postage from uk to china) and said they would refund 60% of the cost as soon as the product was received in china. Seemed hardly worth it as considering the postage cost.
The dress is going straight into the bin. If i donate to charity no one will want it!

Having be burnt before (from a different company) with overseas returns, I searched on the site for the returns address but no joy. Emails sent through their messaging service remain unanswered. Online chat is never open.

I'm taking this a s a warning despite liking the clothes.

Here are the things to be aware of when ordering from Rotita.com

Trick Number 1
Even though they say they have free shipping there is a "insured shipping" fee at checkout of about $3.00 that is mandatory. What difference does it make that they call it an insurance fee rather than a shipping fee? None.

Trick Number 2
There were at least two different active coupon codes, one of which I should have been able to apply to my not-consumated online order, but I tried both coupons and neither would grant me the 15% discount. I got a message something like "you have already received your maximum discounts.' The coupons were supposed to be "site wide" but apparently that does not mean you will receive the discount on every item on the site that you may order. Trick Number 2

Trick Number 3
I sent a special message to them to tell them that it looked like my major credit card order would HAVE TO BE associated with PayPal.com. I told them I wanted absolutely nothing to do with PayPal.com but that I wanted to pay directly to Rotita.com with my credit card which their site indicated they do accept for payment. I received a prompt response to my request / inquiry but it was an unsatisfactory response. Their answer translates to --"Tough, we only accept payments that are associated with PayPal processing and you may not pay us directly with your major credit card.'

Trick Number 4
I cannot prove this but it looks like some of the positive reviews that the items on their website receive are fake or shill troll comments where it is just designed to make people believe that the reviewer is a real customer who really was pleased with Rotita and the product they ordered. Like one comment I saw said "good seller." Looks fake to me.____________

I continually get a bunch of unsolicited advertisements for Rotita clothing on my email home page. It was like eye candy to me because they had so many really cute clothes and many of designs looked to be ideal for an overweight person and the prices were very reasonable. So I made the mistake of going to their website and trying to order a blouse. From then on I kept getting notifications by email telling me to complete my order.

The only reason I give Rotita.com a two-star rating is that the clothe designed were really nice and the prices certainly were attractive. But their were many misrepresentations connected with ordering from them so I do not even know if those clothes really exist or if I would ever receive decent merchandise in a timely manner.

Kim Bowen-Wood WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! They will not refund my money for returned clothes. They haggle about how much they will refund you - yes really! I'm on my 12th email and they are obstructive and unhelpful. They don't tell you where to send the goods. I sent mine back to the address on the label - apparently this is wrong! They owe me £39 and it would appear they have no intention of doing this. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. I also thought the quality of all the material used was poor.

Money making scam!

I ordered a dress from Rotita, buying a bigger size than their website size conversion chart said I needed. Could not even get it on! No paperwork of any sort came with it, it was made of two different coloured fabrics which was entirely different to their photo, and their"easy returns" prove to be anything but, being to China. I'm sure from the packaging that it had been despatched from within the UK - why should I have to return to China? SO difficult to get in touch with them, I've given up on a return and the dress will go to the local charity shop. Rotita are only in business to rip off customers. Avoid like the plague! Would really like to give NO stars.

I ordered the Turtleneck sweater and received a different one! After so many emails with the customer service trying to actually understand their basic English, I didn't get anywhere! I have to return the sweater on my cost even though its their mistake! That is ridiculous! I don't recommend this website, the customer service is not helpful, they never answer my questions and most of the time I have to keep guessing what they are trying to say!

I ordered two tops from this company, and even went for a size bigger than I normally would.
The tops turned up a lot later than they specify, and they are soo tight, that clearly the sizing on their website is inaccurate.
Rather than being helpful, they came back and asked me for my sizing, and even a photo of myself! Honestly! It was shocking at the way I was treated! As if I was in the wrong!
I wanted to send the tops back, but got a very curt response that it was hassle, and would take a long time to get my money back. AND that i would be refunded only 60% of the purchase value!
In all my years of internet shopping, I am disgusted that this company exist still.
The website photos are nothing like the actual garments.
If I have one bit of advise. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING. You will regret it.

Stay away at all cost

I ordered some items from this site which advertises free returns. One out of four items was not at all what I wanted, the rest were OK for the price but nothing exceptional. When I started the return process, I was met with a lot of resistance. Considering the ease of returns of other online clothes site, it seemed cumbersome to submit tickets which led to questions being asked why and requests for photos, followed by a rather glib ' you do not want to pay postage to China, do you?'. After posting a review on this site, I had another reply with an apology and a promise to resolve the matter within two working days. After five, I got their return address, but still the demand to pay the postage with further questions about my reasons, all via these tickets. Their pop up adverts have now changed to 'easy' rather than free return, but given the quality of competitors, there is no way this site should continue to do business in the UK, no matter what they are selling.

Thank goodness I only bought one thing and it has been a nightmare trying to return it. You have to return to China and you only get 60% in addition to have to pay postage to China. Company recommended that I "give it away". They only care about sales... not quality, not customer and not Americans!

Like most of Rotita's customers I was attracted by the high quality photos on their website. The clothing looks well made, colourful and stylish. However, having received my order today, I can honestly say that I have never seen such poor quality merchandise. Both dresses are made from extremely cheap fabric. They are shapeless and look absolutely nothing like the photos.

I would now like to add that I never received a return label for the products and so was not able to get a refund. There are a lot of professional retail websites out there. This is not one of them.

Please do not buy from this website it is a money-making scam.

Sizes do NOT match their size chart at all. I bought a XL and it wouldn't even fit my teenage daughter. When I asked for a refund they said if I return it to China, it would cost more than the item. They were not willing to pay for the return even though I felt they misrepresented their product due to sizing. I bought another one, 4X which in our country would be a size 32 and I wear an 18. It didn't fit either! I think they were another company b4, got so many complaints, that they started another company but under a different name. DO NOT order from these cheats!

This is a horrible company. The workmanship is terrible and the sizes are completely wrong. I really believe this is a scam. They didn't send me a receipt or return label in the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

They are scammers, sent a faulty dress to New Zealand when I finally received it had a hole and the seam wasn't sewn. They offered a 20% refund or 60% with me paying the return postage. They are a scam, currently I am trying to find the Chinese Government site to report them and send the dress back via a Government Department. I have seen everything now shocking.

Avoid buying at all costs

Wrong sizes. When you try to return there is no return address and the only way is to contact via an e mail 'ticketing system'. They challenge your request and ask you to measure the article and ask if you were sure you ordered the correct size and that they can only give you 60% of the cost as the rest is P&P.
They do not at any point give you a return address.
