It was the most horrible experience I've ever had with on-line shopping! I ordered two items and both of them was a problem. The denim jacket smelled like hell and I had to wash it right away. It didn't help - after 2 weeks outside of my house it still smells horrible and I'm not sure if I'll ever find a way to get rid of this smell. But at least it fits and looks dissent. But the dress I ordered - it were suppose to be the very stylish linen maxi dress - instead I've got a piece of junk which looked more like mix of nigh gown and a surgical robe, and the pocket was almost completely ripped off! Naturally I asked for refund for the dress! But they started to play games with me! The first thing they told me was that because it's too expensive for me to send this dress back to China it's better for me to take "the partial refund". Thank you very much! They knew it from the beginning and that's why the sent all this junk to their customers! Because they know the shipping bites! And they've been writing for me for two weeks bargaining like crazy! And in the end they gave me $6.00 for the dress that costs $25 and I still trying too understand what the hack was it - the booby prize?! I understand - $25 is not a big deal. But it's not about money - it's just big fat SCAM!
Many excuses, still no order received almost 2 months later. What gives? Told them if I don't receive by February 25 to CANCEL IT!

The photos on Facebook were lovely so I fell for their scam. Three months (and many email inquiries) later the dress arrived. It looked nothing like the photos. The top and bottom layer were 2 different colors of blue--though on the web they were the same. It was cheap and very flimsy material. I fought for another 2 months to get my money back and they refused. Thank the Lord I paid with PayPal. After seeing my photos they refunded my money. Do not deal with these shysters. It's not worth the time and trouble.
I already wrote a review. However, as an addendum, you may want to contact your credit card company if you paid via Visa or MC. I emailed them about my awful experience as well as the amount, date etc. and eventually they refunded me for the purchase.
While it's still is a bit of a hassle you may, in the end, recoup your money.
Dress has just arrived, just about 3 weeks after i ordered it, the dress on the model looks really good quality, thick felt like material, the one i have received is a horrible yellow t shirt material dress, completely see through, shapeless and massive! Should have read the reviews before i bought it - its now in the bin!

I ordered what appeared to be a nice dressy sweater to wear for a late winter wedding. When it arrived the sizing was WAY off. The sleeves were extremely tight, the body amazingly wide and the length more like a dress than a sweater. The color was great, just like the picture, but that was the only thing that was similar to the picture of the item I thought I ordered. The details were unfinished, the layers were badly wrinkled (and do not smooth out), and the seams were not flat and straight. Very poorly made. It also took over 2 weeks to arrive, which was outside the estimate on the website when I made the order. I would attempt to return it but there are absolutely no return instructions and from what others have said it is nearly impossible to actually return an item or get credit, other than their credit, for a return. Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from Rotita.
This company must be making its money from all the first time buyers who like the look of the clothes but have yet to find that it is not interested in customer relations. 99% of the time you know that if you buy something online in the UK, returning is hassle-free. I bought a dress which is at least two sizes smaller that it states and so is unwearable. I have just looked at the returns policy and it is clear that returning is likely to cost me more than the garment is worth. The company does not make it clear at first that all its items are shipped from China, and the dissatisfied customer has to pay all return shipping costs and any taxes (?) payable. Hopefully this company will go out of business once its reputation gets well-known. Or possibly the company will realise that the best way to get a good and loyal customer base is to treat customers with some respect, and it will do what most UK retailers do and offer free returns.
I really do not like companies who do not treat their customers well. My mother ordered three items from this site and two of them did not fit. There is no phone number, only an email, so all of this has taken place electronically.

How about you keep your items and I help apply a 7 dollars compensation to your user center? You can use the store credit for your next purchase. As for the item you got, you can gift it or donate it or sell it online at a great price. As you know, if you return it, it will cost you much for the shipping fee. And we issue a 60% refund for returned orders. The shipping fee and handling fee we spent on your order when shipping the order out, this part cannot be refundable. If you still want to return your items, we will send you the return address.
Um... what? A $7 credit for two tops that each cost $25? And BTW, there is no mention of only giving a 60% refund. Not only this, but wy in the H$%# would ANYONE buy anything else from this company after being told this? Who does business like this? Scam artists!
And this is why I shop at Torrid. Cause if something doesn't work, there is no hassle returning it and their customer service is excellent. And they have real people ON THE PHONE for their customers to talk to.

I ordered an XL coat I received small. It took a long time to receive bec the website does not say China or red flag. I paid visa as i have no paypal but it went thru paypal anyhow so those above spells SCAMMER!. As soon as i received the coat too small armhole and does not reach across chess i emailed Service Rotita. No response. Aftter a week they asked to return i asked where China. I said no as it will cost me more than $54 i paid the coat. I disputed the payment Paypal won't give it back. I said i did not use PayPal on checkout but my Visa. Todate Feb since Dec they have not return my money. I asked $40 they said $10 or return. My shipping expense to China. They must be laughing at all the complaints of poor quality, intentional misrepresentation and poor service. They should be shutdown!
This is the worse company ever. I got one of the four items I ordered and they would not let me return it (it was dreadful). As paid through paypal I am seeking the money back from them as part of the dispute. The deliberately dodge your questions on email, or don't answer at all. They should not be allowed to trade.
This jacket looks really, really cute in their picture. I knew to order larger than I needed, but unless you are around 5' 3" or less, even the XL is short. I usually wear med - large, the XL barely fits my arms and is short - I'm 5' 7". I don't think I'll bother trying to return it since I read how horrible their customer service is. That was a wasted $34. And it definitely doesn't hang as nicely as the picture either.:-(
UPDATE: I decided to keep the jacket for myself (was considering giving it away). I pressed it, and wear it without sleeves underneath so the arms don't feel so tight. It's still 1 1/2" short on the arms, and not quite as long in the body as it appears in the picture - as I would have preferred. But it still looks good and is comfortable. But definitely order a couple of sizes larger if you are tall and not skinny.
The garnents were 9 inches smaller than their size chart. Their response was "different measuring tools and measuring by hand can sometimes result in deviation. Hope you understand." The dresses don't look anything like the pictures. Cheap fabrics. Colors are off. And of course, no returns accepted and no refunds.

After spending £10 to return a item, they just stated they did not receive it, not worth taking the risk of ordering in the event you have to return something and you aint going to get anywhere.
I purchased six dresses from Rotita and they didn't send me the items I ordered and none of the clothes were in my size. One of the items even has a cut in the sleeve. It was as if they randomly picked whatever they wanted because they knew they were going to swindle me out of my money. They claim to have a 60% refund policy on all returns and the merchandise has to be returned to China at the customers expense. They asked me for pictures of the clothes they sent me, copies of the packing slip and the tracking number. I would send it and then they would ask for the same thing over again. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
