I really do not like companies who do not treat their customers well. My mother ordered three items from this site and two of them did not fit. There is no phone number, only an email, so all of this has taken place electronically.

This is what happened...
1/22/2017-My mother sent this email to the company; I need a return authorization. My order number is W*************. If you can't issue me one can you advise me how to do this? I need a phone number. I am in California.

Rotita Response-Hello. May I know why you want to return your order, Is anything wrong with it?

My mother-No there is nothing wrong. 2 of the 3 items were too small and too long. I am keeping 1 of the tops but need to return the other 2.

My mother responds the next day with the item titles. Then nothing until 2/6/2017 and this was Rotita's very helpful customer service suggestion.

How about you keep your items and I help apply a 7 dollars compensation to your user center? You can use the store credit for your next purchase. As for the item you got, you can gift it or donate it or sell it online at a great price. As you know, if you return it, it will cost you much for the shipping fee. And we issue a 60% refund for returned orders. The shipping fee and handling fee we spent on your order when shipping the order out, this part cannot be refundable. If you still want to return your items, we will send you the return address.

Um... what? A $7 credit for two tops that each cost $25? And BTW, there is no mention of only giving a 60% refund. Not only this, but wy in the H$%# would ANYONE buy anything else from this company after being told this? Who does business like this? Scam artists!

And this is why I shop at Torrid. Cause if something doesn't work, there is no hassle returning it and their customer service is excellent. And they have real people ON THE PHONE for their customers to talk to.
