I have upgraded this company as I felt my original review was a bit unfair. My first order from them arrived with no problem. I ordered the two layer maxi dress. I liked it so I ordered another one and this is where the problems began with customer service. I believe there was some kind of holiday in China by the time the second order went through. I wanted to alter the original size of the second order as the first dress shrunk a bit when I washed it. This is where it all went wrong. I believe they only have a very rudimentary grasp of English and get confused. Since I posted a bad review on Sitejabber I had an email saying the dress was on it's way. Unfortunately not in time for my holiday. I also had a reply to my review which was all about the size issue. I repeat as an English size 12 I have had to order the XL size. I am familiar with Asian sizing and have always been an L. I wouldn't order from them again. I only ordered because I liked the picture of the maxi dress on Facebook and thought it ideal for my holiday.
