Yesterday, I posted a review saying I'd heard nothing from Rotita and had no way to contact them. Lo and behold, my order arrived today. That's the good news. Mind you, I'd received no shipping notification, so this was a surprise. I ordered 2 dresses, and they look pretty much like the pictures. HOWEVER, they don't fit at all. Much too small, even though my measurements said L and I ordered XL. The sleeves are so narrow I can barely get my hand through the armhole, much less get my arms in there. The bust is so tight that I can't pull the dress down past my boobs. These dresses would fit you if you wore a size M and also had really skinny arms. I haven't started the return process yet, though I don't hold much hope for success after reading other reviews. Customer Service, are you out there? According to the first and only email, my order number is W1705301129436338, but when I try to enter that in your system, it says it is incorrect.
UPDATE: Rotita replied to this review quickly (thank you) and offered a full refund if I "submit a ticket". I can't of course -- my order number is not recognized by their system. They were the ones who gave it to me in the first place. Again, they told me to check their size charts. Again, I point out that I did that before ordering and that I ordered a LARGER size so that the fit would be loose. Ha! These Asian companies should stick to Asian customers -- the body build is entirely different.
Have a good read of the 5-star reviews folks - they are obviously written by Rotita to counter the genuine bad reviews.

I paid $28 for a "half off" top that looked like knit that well in the photo. I saw no clue that "Rotita" is not a US web site.
What I received was a package from China with only the top, no packing slip or return instructions. It was made out of cheap woven polyester that doesn't drape--really cheap fabric, filled with sharp wrinkles. And there were threads hanging all over, not trimmed at all. And it had a strong chemical stink.
I ran it through my washer and at least the smell left--but the many wrinkles remained. I decided to cut my losses and donate the top. Then I went to Rotita site to try to "review the" "Half Sleeve Lace Panel Black Blouse"... strangely, 40 other people thought this was a great top, which seems impossible, while I couldn't seem to get my review recorded.
I've ordered things from a lot of sites I didn't know and am generally suprised how well things go. This is the worst product quality I've run into - much lower than anything you could find at Walmart or Ross. While they shipped something quickly, it's obvious that trying to return it and get my money back would be unlikely to happen.
Lesson learned: before I order from any site I don't know, search for reviews of the site. It's all right here in the other real reviewers - see "Bogus company" and "Avoid" reviews.

I had some problems returning merchandise, however it was resolved beyond what was necessary, Because I was having problems with the web site, Rotitia not only reimbursed me the full price but also shipping costs.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from this website. It took about a month to receive them. When asked about shipping the response was fast so I'll give them that. I am 5'7'' and weight 180lbs. I ordered size Large for all 3 suits. When they finally came a month after ordering the material is so very cheap and you can hear the seams ripping as you try them on. 2 fit ok and will last a few swims but thats about it. One of the suits I couldn't even fit over my head due to the material so I'm stuck with a suit I can't wear. My advise would be to just spend the money elsewhere and get a good quality bathing suit. This store is just throwing crap together to make a buck.

Ordered a 2-piece tankini swimsuit on June 1. I received it today, June 17,2017. I wear a medium but ordered a size large. Swimsuit was small, especially the bottoms (boy shorts). They are cut weird, not like shorts at all! Really tight around the butt and legs & cannot wear them! The top barely fit and the length of the top is not as shown in the photo (and I'm short waisted). This seems to be a common complaint from reviewers; clothes differerent as photo and their size chart does not match the actual garment. Clothes run 1-2 sizes too small. The quality of the fabric is not great, average at best. Swimming daily in a chlorinated pool, I don't think it will hold up very well and besides I can't wear the bottoms so it was a wasted purchase. These reviews saying the merchandise is high quality; what a laugh & who writes these? Disappointed, wasted $30 & could have done better at Ross or Walmart. Update: I filed a claim yesterday through PayPal for "item not as described." I was offered a 50% refund from Rotita this morning & I keep the item." I felt this was probably going to be the best I could do so I accepted it. I have upgraded my review to 2 stars. Bottom line, the clothing runs small & I still do not recommend!

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
