Hey that's cute... THINK TWICE! The merchandise is cheap, cheap, cheap. I have possession of two blouses - because when I attempted to return them, the Order # printed on my invoice is "not a corect (their spelling) order". There is simply no way to contact this company; even LIVE CHAT doesn't work. BEWARE of any site based in Hong Kong, China. I didn't know their location when I ordered.
I saw this on FB and my bathing suit did not fit. Thank goodness that is all I bought as there is no way to return it. Their system sends you in circles and then when you try to submit a ticket for the return after doing all of the ridiculous things it asks you for it won't allow you to send it. Try to call them and it will cost so much in out of country costs to speak with them you may as well just throw the item out. Cheap quality as well, you get what you pay for!
Still waiting for a refund. I am not holding my breath but I will continue to write reviews so others will not make the same mistake I did and order from a company that is deceitful.
I ordered two bathing suits from Rotita and both were very poorly made. The top on the tankini was very short. The picture showed it covering to the hip bone but it only came down to my belly button leaving the rest of my stomach uncovered. The other top I ordered had no support. I sent several emails to the company and was asked to keep the merchandise for a percentage off my next order. When I insisted on sending it back I was given an address in Maryland. I paid $8.00 in postage and bought a special envelope and sent in using the United States postal service. I did not have a tracking number so therefore they cannot track my package and I have not received my money back. I put the RMA# on the package as instructed. This company is a fraud and they stole my money. The site says 30 day easy return, don't believe it.
One star is one too many. This company is a complete scam. I can't wait a month for a swimsuit to arrive! Summer will be over IF my pkg ever arrives. International Flat Rate (quite literally a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA) shouldn't be a thing in today's age of Amazon Prime type shipping expectations. I don't care if shipping is free if it's going to take a MONTH!? I don't even want the damn swimsuit any longer.

This is a follow up review to my first review of Rotita. After my negative review on line about Rotita, I finally got detailed instructions on how to return my item and where to send it. I have been watching email and my bank account to see if my return was processed and the money added back to my account. On Saturday I received my package back with this message on it, "Return to Sender, unclaimed package". As before, I can't get them by phone, so now I have spent an additional $7 for mailing the package that returned to me!

The merchandize does not fit and it is impossible to get a refund. I am out $200.00. I reported it to Facebook since that is where I saw the advertisement for the site. I was totally scammed. I learned a hard lesson. Disgusting immoral company. DO NOT GET SCAMMED like I was!
