I buy 3 dress from LILIGAL on OCT 3 and till now I have not receives any of my dresses worse company I every shop with BBB should block them they are crock
I ordered a blouse Sept. 7th. They took my money and No blouse ever recieved. It is now Nov 7th and they do not respond to my questions.
I sent back a blouse in July. It is now November and no refund. This company is almost impossible to contact. They have no customer service.
I am kicking my butt for ordering from this company. I have not received my order yet but after I had paid it said it will arrive around the 28th of November. There is NO way to get in touch with customer support. My order was "guaranteed" by 11/3 and it was delivered 11/6, when I no longer needed it. The website does not work to reset passwords and when I try to email support, it requires me to sign in. DO NOT give them your money.
The items advertised on their website does not match up with what you receive. The materials are cheap and of poor quality. They are based in China so the return shipping costs are much greater than what you have purchased. So you are left with no other option than to accept a 50% refund, because the return shipping was significantly greater than the products purchased. I would not recommend purchasing items from this company as you will be disappointed. After receiving the purchase I went back and read more reviews and every single one gave the items 5 stars, not a single person was unhappy with the purchase, which leads me to believe these reviews are not real. Do not purchase from the company if you want a quality product.

The dress only took twelve days for it to arrive; the shipping is pretty quick for it to come from China! Absolutely love this shop. I'll be posting an image later with the shirt on. It's exactly as the picture and they even gave me a yellow belt to got wit. Great quality
I really enjoy my shopping experiences with Liligal.com. They have trendy, cute clothes like what I might find at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe, but better prices and more appealing styles. Unlike the other reviewers, I have yet to receive something that isn't decent quality. Everything I have purchased has held up for a few washes so far, and still looks nice. Shipping is fast, too!

I love this top! Very lightweight fabric. Make sure you have a slip or tank or something underneath. I hand wash it, but you could place it in a wash bag if you'd rather. It fit just right.

While I understand that their custom is to only give store credit, they did credit my card. Of course, only when I complained after a good month, they did look into it and realized that the item had been back ordered and not shipped. I am glad that I only ordered 2 items to test the waters. I followed all their rules, but was told I am not "eligible" for permission to return. That's $35 I GAVE AWAY! Their website claims "easy returns," Mire like "easy money" for them!
