While I understand that their custom is to only give store credit, they did credit my card. Of course, only when I complained after a good month, they did look into it and realized that the item had been back ordered and not shipped. I am glad that I only ordered 2 items to test the waters. I don't think they are dishonest, just disorganized?

Can not get information and they never sent the second item.

I received 1 item of 2. (was charged for both) When I tried to reset my password (several times) I kept getting an error message, The only tracking information I received was for 1/2 of the order. They are impossible to contact. They make it impossable to contact them.
