They provide the poorest workmanship and cheaply made items. Attempting to return anything is nearly impossible. Sizes all wrong no order number included with delivery, not packing receipts. Worse company I have ever dealt with HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have items to return and there is no paperwork in the package. When I enter my email they say there are no orders attached to this email address. And there is no other way to contact them. I'm stuck and the quality of the clothing is awful.
I ordered some blouses, order number W**************. I tried to go to the web sight because they still haven't arrived and no matter how I try and download the page it says "access forbidden". What is going on. Why would your sight say, access forbidden.
I ordered 2 x polka dot cold shoulder blouses with pretty asymmetrical tie neckline. They looked gorgeous on the model but in reality just hideous. Cheap, flimsy material. The arm length was longer than the blouse. The cold shoulder was far too big and hanging. Overall the whole blouse was out of proportion and just cheap tat. Trying to return the items was a complete nightmare. No address. No communication except a repeated, generic email message. In the end Im pleased to say I went through PayPal to get a refund. I would give zero stars if I could and Ill never shop here again. Massive thanks to PayPal.
Bought three taps they were nice but run exceptionally small junior size return them but never got a refund this was in June I would suggest not buying anything from them took a while to receive them like I said Im out $78 not counting what it cost to send them back could not get a hold of anyone so Im out the money and the tops I wouldnt order from this company like Said tops were extremely small
I ordered 3 blouses from LiliGal. I took forever for two of them to arrive and even longer for the third. I was very disappointed in the quality and sizing. I ordered up in size and they were still too small. One of the blouses was just garbage. There was water in the package of the third blouse and, of course, the blouse was wet. When I started the return process on their website every time I clicked the box to get my return authorization number, which you have to have in order to return anything, I got bumped back to the beginning of the process. I could not find any customer service number or other contact information so I'm stuck with the junk. I didn't realize until after I placed my order that the items were coming from China. If it sounds too good to be true search the internet! Lesson learned.
The 3 shirts I ordered were so cheap I never would have worn them. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased them. I tried to get a refund but it was such a hassle that I decided to donate them to goodwill instead. Lesson learned. I will never buy off the internet again before reading the reviews.

I ordered a coat about a month ago. I received it quickly but it was too large. When I requested to return it, which you could only request through an email, they offered to give me a credit on half of the cost and told me to keep the coat. I responded that I did not want two coats, wanted to return my coat, and order a smaller size. They never responded back to me after that. Not only do I have a coat thats too big, but Im out the cost of it. Since the company is overseas, I believe it costs too much for them for customers to return items and receive credit. I feel that they ripped me off, especially since they have never contacted me again despite numerous tries of me to contact them. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF TOO!
Let me start off by saying that I don't usually order stuff online but if every store was as easy as using this one then I would easily change my tone there's a lot of things to pick from in there pretty much all of my budget the clothes I ordered this is very nice and comfortable the shipping was very fast all in all I would say that this website is excellent.

You have no contact with the company I now sent an email and Im waiting for days for reply. Theres no phone to call them the merchandise comes from China and you have no idea whats the size is really going to be. The fabric is crummy. It doesnt look anything like the pictures. Buyer beware.
Ordered top on 25 Sept and when I got email of confirmation said latest date delivery 8/11/! 9th now and no sign of parcel! If I had read reviews I would not have ordered. Same as everybody else on here when you try to track with ref no it is invalid! O well 30$ gone to good cause I hope! Doubt it
The quality is beyond horrible and clothing looks nothing like the photos. The quality of the material is so poor it would fall apart the first wash. Now I am doing their run around to get my money back. However, I'm going to skip their little song and dance and call my credit card company and have them deal with them. All of their line comes directly from china! There is no way to contact them and all information is in chinese characters!
I ordered a top which arrived, but the size was way too small and the quality was horrible! I followed their instructions on returns which was so difficult. I finally got a reply which asked me to please help them out by accepting a 50% refund and I will keep the item as the shipping costs for the return would be expensive. I agree but has c fee e yet to get my 50% refund. I realize now that I am going to have to write this off as a lesson learned! This site should be removed so no one else will get scammed! It's a shame that I cannot get hold of you to report i paid for a top 2 monthago and have not recieved it yet. This company is completely ridiculous! I ordered a dress from liligal and waited 4 weeks before receiving it.The dress was not as pictured. Size and color was completely off. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
