They say you can return and get a refund, and you can but you have to pay shipping. For people not used to paying shipping to China, it is around $100 UPS for a 2 lb package. Given my order was $64, this is crazy. USPS wanted $32 so that would be the same as the 50% refund they offered me and I don't have to bother going to post office. So, I took the 50% refund and will be donating the items to the local homeless shelter.
I will say they have responded quickly, but that is about the only good thing. The sizing was totally off - we ordered 2 XL items for daughters that are about 6 ft tall - it looked like a S or M when it arrived. Couldn't even pull it over the shoulders, so beware of sizing differences. Material was not that great either.
Won't try again.
Ordered from lilygal 1-2 months ago! Have never received the denim coat or the blouse that I ordered! They deducted the costs of the above clothing items ordered from my debit card... haven't received products ordered, nor have they refunded my money! BUYER BEWARE! Proper reports have been filed!
This company does not deserve even one star. First of all they advertised 20% off your first order which I never got. I tried to reach them to try and get it but you cannot... no customer service. Received the merchandise and it is so poorly made I would never wear it. You try and follow their return policy and you cannot get passed the first step which is to get a "ticket" from their website. If you try and return the item you have to send it back to China and my shipping store told me it would cost about $100. Don't waste your money. I purchase a lot on line and have never experienced a company like this. Too many good online experiences and too many good deals out there to buy from Liligirl!

I ordered a winter jacket from Liligal. Waited for almost 2 months to get it delivered. When I received the item I was shocked. The piece I bought was not even nearly resembled to the item they advertised: it was short, small, badly made, cheap fabric, horrible color. I wanted to return the item, but they advised to accept 50% refund or ship this item back to China. I lost $25 US and stack with the item I need to recycle now. Very disappointed!

I was surprised that Rotita responded to my review. They offered to reimburse me 80% of the cost. However, I already returned the item, when my credit card company indicated they would reimburse me for most of the shipping cost. I might add that I had no problem with quality of the fabric and workmanship. I really liked the blouse, but theres no chance they have a size that would fit me.
Like others, the blouse I purchased was 2 sizes too small. And like other reviewers, I had no luck trying to return the item via their website. I contacted my credit card company to help. Rotita offered a 50% refund, but I wanted a full refund when I return the item. Well, learned that I had to return the blouse to an address in China at a cost of $30.95! Talk about being between a rock and a hard place. I also read that when a customer gives a 5-Star review, Rotita will offer a discount on their purchase. That has to be the lowest and unfairest trick to future customers looking for honest reviews.
I never write this long of a review, but I feel like LiliGal is getting a bad rap in many of these reviews. Before placing my first order, I read several negative reviews. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I regularly shop online and simply modified my expectations and have been very pleasantly surprised!
I ordered 3 items. They did take several weeks to arrive (it is coming from China!), but I was prepared for that. I didn't order anything that I needed immediately. LiliGal kept me updated; I was able to track the status. They shipped 2 items first. Those were both excellent items but a little too small. I waited until the third item arrived, before notifying them about returning the original items. The third blouse fit perfectly! I let LiliGal know I wanted to return two of the items. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted, instead of paying to send them back to China. The next day I received the refund through PayPal. That is very fast!
The two items that didn't fit - I gave to one of my friends - she loves both tops. On me, the tops were slightly form fitting and I should have ordered a size up. I'm 5'7", 150 lbs and the large would have fit. The other item was a blouse in a medium, kind of loose fitting and the fit is perfect. I have already washed it and is still looks beautiful.
My advice - for what it's worth - these are really nice quality items. They aren't expensive so don't expect superior quality, but these are perfect for my lifestyle. The customer service was amazingly efficient and responded quickly to every inquiry I sent. I'm anxious to buy more!

Ordered seven items paid in advance. Items arrived no delivery note in bag. No returns slip. No return label or address in bag or on outside. Three items poor quality to return. Logged on site using email and password will not work states email not recognised. Emailed them on an address I found on site received email back stating sorry didnt understand advising I log in! Items say in a bag with me wishing I had not fallen for its advert on Facebook. Dont be fooled. Orders come from China only address barely visible on outside I can find with no further info

Buyer beware! This company offers free returns but it is a farce! I cant remember the last time I had such a run around for a return. And, now 2 weeks later, return has not been refunded. BEWARE
I ordered three garments that took 6 weeks to deliver. Two of the garments are 4 sized too big for me and I am unable to contact company for return. I will never buy from this company again. Site is horrible and should be illegal. Clothes are cheap. There's absolutely no customer service, no phone number, no way to return anything and I'm joining the list of complaints already submitted.

Unnaturally made clothes. Don't fit any human. You have to pay shipping to return to China or they say they will return half your purchase price. I agreed to that and never received a dime. Now I can't find a way to reach them! Rip off!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
