Rotita offered a 50% refund, but I wanted a full refund when I return the item. Well, learned that I had to return the blouse to an address in China at a cost of $30.95! Talk about being between a rock and a hard place. I also read that when a customer gives a 5-Star review, Rotita will offer a discount on their purchase. That has to be the lowest and unfairest trick to future customers looking for honest reviews.
