I purchased a Khaki colored(so called jacket on Totermiay.com Sept. 24th. Received the package today.It came all rolled up in a pkg. With a hole in it. Looked like it had been rolled in dirt! I opened it and immediately knew it was garbage and cheap cheap material.No shape, no tags no return paper. I have never seen an article of clothing so bad, that I would not use it for my dog to lay on! Cheap polyester and is all mishapen like a rag! My lord how anything like this could have a price tag on it. I want the $36.98 back into my account. How would I go about getting a refund to my account?! I am so upset. Please don't anyone buy anything from this totally crappy 9 month old scam site!

Be aware of ordering from these sites that pop up from who knows where.Really scary!

None.Supposedly they are a fairly new site.It looks to be a copycat cheap business.My opinion.Think I will proceed to small claims to get my money returned.I learned a hard lesson!!!!
Site is horrible and should be illegal. Clothes are cheap. There's absolutely no customer service, no phone number, no way to return anything and I'm joining the list of complaints already submitted.
