After 10 emails (every which way that I could), I finally got the purchase refunded. I still would not order from them again just because of everything I had to go through.
Do not order from this company. It is a total rip-off. They keep telling you to use their website, which doesn't work! I think it is setup to not do a thing but take orders. Then you can't do anything with the order. I just keep getting the run around. RUN! Buy from anyone else.
This company advertises heavily on Pinterest and Facebook. The quality is horrible, looks nothing like the pictures, and they will not respond to emails to return items back to China, just hoping we will eventually give up. They are ripping off the USA!

OMG - I never thought this would happen to me, and it did. I purchased two dresses, reviewed were great, so I took a gamble. At $35 a piece, you would think I would have know right there... but no... received the dresses - horrible quality, nothing like the photos. I went to return them and have received no contact back. There's no phone number to call, they won't reply to your emails. Pretty sure I got scammed. Ugh.
I was lured to their website because of a too-good-to-be-true looking jacket for $48. They can't even spell "Thanksgiving" correctly! Under their customer service heading, one of the options was "How to Made Order". OMG what a joke... so glad I am staying away from them. I will do a google image search to see if somehow I can come up with the REAL manufacturer or retailer for the cute jacket I saw!
Recieved my product was totally dissatisfied with the quality. I have no return info! No paperwork was sent with the package. And it came from Hong Kong. Give me a break. This is not a company i will deal with ever sgain!

Bought a jump Suite fabric cheap as sizing very bad. Why do these companies do this do they not want repeat customers. Whats the use of having great designs with poor quality and sizing. Not impress delivery very fast thats the only thing good about the purchase. Will never order from them again. Rather will use their designs with personal seamstress. Keep the designs flowing.

After ordering from this company, and waiting for a month for an email or something to show my order was on it's way, it did arrive finally 2nd day mail from China. Unfortunately after waiting for the coat I ordered, it was too small. There is no way I will send it back with the lack of communication with company. So I'm guessing China sizes are way smaller than US sizes but I had no idea this garment was coming from China. Now I know. Now to find someone very tiny to give this very nice coat to. I am a sz 4 and it was too small for me, Can't recommend this company, too iffy.
This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with. The clothes are cheaply made and it is impossible to send them back for a refund. They have no one to speak with and their email message back to you is always the same. They do not send a receipt or an address with the package which by the way, was overcharged forty dollars. Please do not make the same mistake that I made! Shop elsewhere.

I would not even give this company one star but it will not take the review without it! Never purchase from this company. I ordered a swimsuit, they took my money and told me it was no longer available. I did not receive a refund. It has been six months and I am still trying to contact someone and they make it very difficult. No phone numbers and cannot reply to emails. Never again!
This is not a real business. There is no phone number for service. It supposedly takes over a month to receive purchases. Tried to create an account and site wouldn't let me. After filing a review on this site, Rokita issued a refund. I would still be leery about purchasing from a group that has no phone number for customer service.
Impossible to return items! A password is required to log in to get a "ticket" to tell you where in China you must mail back your item, and nothing works. When you click on "reset password," you wind up in a never-ending loop, which requires a password you obviously cannot reset. Sound insane and frustrating? It's beynd ridiculous. Even if you could find out where to mail your item, the postage to China is on you. "Caveat Emptor" - let the buyer beware!

I wrote a review yesterday but mixed up the business name. Liligal is the place where I had a pair of Tankini Bathers which were so small that when I tried them I could hear the hem stitching breaking. I told the firm but they said since they were overseas and postage would be expensive they would offer me half. I agreed, what else was I to do. But the bathers are made like as though a kid sewed them up. Terrible quality and while I bought an XL size still don; t fit. In Australia I am a 12-14 so I thought the XLarge would be okay. Never again. But at least I got some money back. I am sure the garment I purchased would have cost only a couple of dollars to make. Sorry Liligal but I won't buy from you again.
I bought a cute looking grey and pink jacket, but it came, it did not fit like the picture at all. I kept it, as a lesson learned. 2 years later, I ordered a stylish looking top and top. It looked like a sack. Realized that it was the same company. Very misleading pictures. Material cheap, very rough feeling.
They sent a duplicate order. No papers enclosed. When you go to website, you can not get the needed papers to return item. They even told me my password was wrong. The new one they said they would send, never came.

Originally, I reviewed Rotita with the following: I cannot reset my password to return an item. Every attempt gets a failure as does their chat line. The quality of the item is rubbish, the size is huge. What a waste of money. I would give zero stars if I could.
Rotita responded, eventually, with an offer of 80% refund, without sending back the item. I accepted as it would cost me ££ in returns and the refund would not be 100%. The quality is rubbish butI still cannot log on if I wanted to!

This is the worst on-line purchase I've ever experienced! They've had my money for over 2 weeks and I have heard or seen a confirmation or purchase yet. I've called the number provided and it's "no longer in use". There's your sign... Now I will dispute the purchase with the credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
