I purchased an item one month ago, has never been shipped. I purchased through what I thought was a secure paypal site. But when I log on to paypal there is no record of purchase but the amount was taken out of my checking account. And as I read other reviews, I too, wish I had read the reviews before being scammed by Rotita. Never Never Never buy from a facebook ad.

Returns Impossible!

Within the 30 days, I followed the directions and after 2 months of dispute would only give a partial refund. The time spent trying to get a refund was more costly than the refund. NEVER AGAIN!

Wish Id read reviews before I purchased. As mentioned nothing like picture very very poor quality material poor sizing poorly made. Absolutely impossible to contact this company even though they display a returns policy forget it. Its a big RIP OFF

Im from Montreal, Canada. I have an event on Oct 28. Ordered one piece of clothing on Sept 29, and my order was processed and shipped Oct 2nd. No update since then. I received it today Oct 24.
I opened a ticket yet nobody can tell me whats going on. At first I wasnt too happy and I said probably wouldnt order from them again.
But its not that bad and the only thing is that its too big. No time to try and return it so Ill get it altered. Fabric is crepe and its good quality. I will order from them again, but I will pick a smaller size and I certainly wont order when Im in a rush!

Rotatable clothes are drop dead cute in pictures and priced "too good to be true". The real thing is "too cheap" to be caught wearing. Cheap fabrics and totally weirded sizing. One top I ordered according to sizing chart was sized for a tiny Aisian lady but with 4 foot arms. And cheap lookin everything-buttons-stitching-fabric-EVERYTHING. The other top was a little better but same thing. They smelled so strongly of sizing that I suspect they will resolve into nothing once they are washed.

Customer service and processing is excellent-sad thing. Every issue was addressed immediately and they offered a range of discount refunds instead of returning items. In the end the 50% discount won over return shipping cost.

All communities were immediately addressed.

I noticed the pricing is charging up so they must pay be making a ton of money fast with their strategy.

Don't order from this company-it's pure junk. You can get junk like this right here in this country.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. There is no way to contact them after you place an order. There is no phone number, address, and all their e-mails are from "*******@rotita.com". As soon as they receive your credit card information to place an order, you THEN see that the item is coming from China and it could take 6+ weeks to receive it. As soon as I read that, I tried to cancel my order immediately by trying to submit a cancellation "ticket" which is just a joke on their website. It just takes you back and forth from one screen to another. I even tried to cancel the item by leaving a message on their Facebook page and that didn't work either. I finally had to resort to waiting until the charge came through (not just as pending) on my credit card and then notified the credit card company not to process it and that I tried to cancel the item immediately. So far, I've received a credit from my credit card company for the amount I was charged but I shouldn't have to put all the time and effort into simply cancelling an item.

No idea where my order is or money that was paid. Ordered Sept 19th, a month and nothing. Tracking number does not work. Can't log in, says incorrect password etc, etc. What a scam. All they can say is So sorry for your inconvenience on the reviews! Unaware it was a China site. Would not have ordered. Worst service ever ever received. BEWARE and do not order from this site. I should have checked reviews before I did. SHAME ON ME!

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. I ORDERED EXPRESS SHIPPING. THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME DOESNT WORK. EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG ON ITS THE WRONG PASSWORD AND IF I TRY TO RESET THE PASSWORD THEY SAY MY EMAIL DOESNT EXIST SO I CANT EVEN MAKE A TICKET TO REFUND MY PURCHASE. PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT WORK. TIME AND MONEY WASTED! SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS WEBSITE AND I NEEDED THE DRESS BEFORE NOVEMBER.

Most bull**** Site Ever! I was unaware it was a China purchase. I tried to cancel as soon as I placed the order. It stated cancellation was successful. The order came after I returned from Vacation and none of the Sh** fit!

I am happy to report that I received a full refund for the total purchase. Therefore, I am updating my review as of October 18,2017. It is unfortunate that I had to provide a review in order to receive a refund. None the less I am very grateful. And please note, I would never order from them again.

This is one of many companies overseas that pulls photos from legitimate clothing businesses and then sells cheap knock offs. If you don't get an immediate response to a return, and you've made a good faith effort, IMMEDIATELY contact your credit card company and file a fraud charge and make sure you block that company from anyou future charges. Whenever ordering from an online clothing site, if it looks to good to be true, it usually is. Did for the "contact information". Of they don't have a US address, you're probably going to be ripped off. Shop smart, ladies!

I'm not able to review anything because Pay Pal is not accepting my Visa credit card of which I have available balance. I don't want to miss out on the 2 items I do desperately want, which goes off sale Oct 195th. Is there another payment option available? By the way, your items are great.

I bought swim dress arrived within time scale but unfortunately size to small I emailed with quick response (24hrs) due to time difference asked for refund with which they agreed to then offered me to keep item and have 50% refund which I accepted due to postage back and was told up to 10 working days for monies but Received within 48 hrs I'm in north west England have had no trouble what so ever A+

About a year ago I ordered 3 dresses from the old Lulugal. I did not order any more at that time as I became ill. Great prices and loved the styles and colours. Arrived when I expected. Only real problem was one dress in an XL as I ordered M for all. 1 dress huge! I very quickly realised the huge faff about returns. My small advantage is that I am a very experienced seamstress. Instead of trying to return the huge dress, I took it appart and re-constructed it keeping notes to make my own pattern for a future dress.

Given to how cheap, buying a pattern and similar material it would have cost double.

The amazing thing (if it works) the credit had recorded by Lulugal was still here offered for my payment after almost a year!

I have read numerous reviews both in this site and others. There is certainly a wide variety. I have chosed to order just one thing in Liligal and accept the risk. I know some are worried about this site being a scam which I understand and am certainly no expert about this. However, given that orders are revieved one way or another. Even if not what is desired or sizes are difficult, it looks like a very rubbish scam - I think even I could do a better scam for less work. Just not a very fantastic website that we are all much more familiar with quality online website. Usually much more expensive though!

So I am not making any particular claims. I will update my new order when and if it arrives. DEFINITELY only use Paypal and no other system for payment.

I ordered a jacket but when it came not of great quality and was really very undersized for the supposed size of the garment. I contacted Rotita and they said if I chose to keep the jacket rather than returning it they would refund me 50%. As I calculated the cost of the returning the jacket would be about 50% of the cost, I accepted the offer. That is the last I heard. There has certainly been no refund. The company has lied.
