Don't buy from these people. Beautiful looking clothes advertised at great prices. But Was falsely lured by the free returns policy. Received blouse within the time promised but it is cheap fabric and color is drab and ugly. Not at all like the photo. Tried to return ( free supposedly) but process so complicated I never got past their demand to up load picture of the item which I repeatedly uploaded from my phone but was never accepted. Could not even opt for the discount and to keep the item which I hate anyway and will never wear. I believe they just want to scam your credit card info. Beware and steer clear of Liligal.

As you can see they have spelling and grammar errors. When I read the email, it sounded like a scam so I contacted Paypal and received a refund immediately. The Liligal email said that they put your money in a Liligal wallet. I could see how people would never get their money back if they didn't use something like Paypal. It's too bad, because the clothes that they advertise are totally my style. Just think if they would be a serious legitimate company they would be very successful. If you are reading this review, don't waste your time. Liligal is not a company that you want any dealings with. Liligal is a scam company. Don't waste your time.

Didn't realize that I was buying from China. The top came in too large, material low grade AND the worst, to send back to China not worth it. I donated them to church auction and will never buy again.
Bathing suit top sewn wrong. Takes forever to get. BUYER BEWARE! Comes from China and does not refund shipping costs, if anything!

I received my two items about a month after ordering them and they are pure junk. They look nothing like the pictures, the quality is horrible and the sizing is so small that I couldn't wear them if I wanted to. It costs almost as much to return them as they cost so I guess I wasted my money.
I ordered a dress from this company. It came in a timely fashion, the fit was OK (not great... the upper part of the sleeves where your upper arm goes was tight) but it was acceptable.
So, I ordered a top from this same company. It took a month to get here! When I tried it on it did not fit. So I started examining the garment. As it turned out the 2 sleeves were totally different. One sleeve was 5 inches shorter and 6 inches narrower than the other. Also, the trim on the top was not attached well and seemed to be tacked on.
I filed a "ticket" with them asking to return it and did hear from a customer service rep pretty quickly. I was given rather complicated instructions to return this item and had to wonder if it was worth sending back to China with the high postage. I heard from customer service again suggesting I keep the garment and they would refund 50% of the price. I agreed and I think they may have credited my credit card immediately (or so they said and I do have documentation about this.) So now I have a $15 garment that my dog will be sleeping on once I tear off the trim.
So, dealing with them is hit and miss... and with all of the other companies on line to order from I won't be ordering from this one again.
Ive learned my lesson. Ordering without checking reviews. This company is a joke. Takes forever to receive your item. I was told if item isnt there in so many days you would get 50% refund. That didnt happen. Then I get another email stating item will be there between Jan 23 - feb 2. Item finally arrived material is a mess. Blouse look nothing like picture. The material is so cheap. Its like Walmart warmup clothes. I will never order from this company again. By the way still waiting on 3 more items I can imagine what they look like now a mess. I will be returning. Im afraid of that considering everyone having trouble contacting/returning items and never receiving their money back. Hopefully I dont have to use my brother or sister who is a lawyer/ judge to contact government to stop this company with false picture material. They know those clothes on those pictures arent used with the same material that they send you. Deal or dud. Its a dud.

There is no such thing as customer service with this company! They are horrible! Their links to customer service are not functional- their "live Chat" sends a msg that "they are too busy to respond". DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I can't tell you about the quality of the clothes because they haven't arrived! The wait is way too long in the age of next day shipping. All the tracking information tells you is that it left China a long time ago. Terrible business...

They have this weird ticket system that is so customer unfriendly. I sent back one of the two items I ordered and following their procedure, received an approval for an exchange for a bigger size and directions to ship back. I did so and I have my USPS tracking number which shows that it was received at their College Park MD returns address on Dec. 2nd. No merchandise yet and it is now Jan 23, no acknowledgement of the return, no refund either if the merchandise is not available. Their means of contact is almost non-existent and I am thinking that this is a dishonest company. Never again will I order from them and advise everyone to avoid them!

It bears NO resemblance to photos on this site OR it's "sister-site" ROTiTA, who is selling exact same clothing!
Mine was so long, that I could not shorten it as it's shown. LOTS of EXCESS fabric on the back side and sides. The style on both front and sleeves are NOT what is shown on models on both sites (same models, too. Duh...) either. It's a mess if you are less than 6+ feet tall!
I ended up donating almost everything I ordered and IT'S ALL MADE IN CHINA, SO IT TOOK NEARLY 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. This company is so corrupt, even with returns. It was not worth the stress for me to send back, so donated to a thrift shop I support, in nearby, poor city.
Purchased a blouse from LiliGal. In the photo it looked really pretty. In person the material looked and felt cheap, and was very poorly made. Looked on package and saw it was from China, so that told me why it was nothing like the photo. The blouse had been $22 but they charged my card $32. When I tried to return it, they only offered to give me $10 if I would just keep it! Then said I would have to pay full shipping to China to return the worthless item. It will cost too much to return it, and the material is too cheap to even use as a cleaning rag. In the trash it's going. Will NEVER do business with LiliGal again, or any of the other business names they use to sell their garbage!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
