I ordered online two (5201-76) battery operated COUNTRY candles 6" $8.95/ea., flicker bulb, 64" cord, fluted base! What arrived was (two 2) Primative (5201-76B) 4.5", flat base, non-flicker bulb, with a 60" cord@ $9.85/each. Attempted to converse with "customer service rep", who was beyond rude and condescending, telling me, "they had a snow storm, she was the only one there, etc, etc." She was totally detached in listening to my problem, talking down to me, talking "over" me and just wouldn't LISTEN. When I finally got to state my issue, she told me "You ordered what you got!" What I got was NOTHING like what I ordered! I know EXACTLY what I ordered because I printed out picture. She initially hung up on me, I immediately called back! Again RUDE, rude, rude! She tells me "you're not listening to me!" Absolute disgraceful behavior. She snaps at me "BARKING: "I'm just going to send you a return label" I said "Thank you"-again she hung up in my ear! Customer service is non-existence at this facility. Could not include photos on this site-tried x 5, that's my limit! I then read reviews on Battery Operated Candles, apparently this company is notorious for their putting people off once the sale is made. My advice would be NOT to do business with this company-they do not want to stand by their products!
