I ordered one blouse that looked so cute. Good thing I didn't order another one in a different color, so at least I'm only getting screwed for one blouse. It took a month to arrive. After reading the reviews, I thought it would be much to small. It actually was a bit too big. The material was cheaper, and the sewing was shoddy. But it was a black and white blouse, block color. There were two black (magic marker?) marks on the white panel, right over the left breast, so nice and noticeable. This seems to be a permanent mark. I should have known better. I'm not even going to bother to ship it back (on my dime). BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

UPDATE: In all fairness, I must report that Rotita sent me an email offering me a 50% refund if I sent the blouse back. I said no because I wasn't about to pay the shipping back to China. They have now, unasked, refunded my entire payment in full. So I had to let you all know that too.

Poor Quality

The top was made of such poor quality, and the size so small, that all it took was 15 minutes on me when the back seam split open. I threw it out. I'm glad I purchased only one top, and not the three I had originally thought about buying. Buyer beware!

I found this store online and it was exactly the kind of clothes I had been looking for. I seriously was starting to try to learn to sew because I couldn't find tops like these - comfortable stretchy fabric, long sleeved, long length, and in various prints. I found a dozen tops I liked but narrowed it down to one so I could make sure it was the right size and good quality before I invested too much. After I placed the order, I googled liligal trying to figure out why I had never heard of them before. Then I found all those terrible reviews. I rapidly got back on the liligal website and tried to cancel my order but couldn't. I figured I had just lost my money. But two weeks later received the top I ordered and its perfect! I got a black tunic with a print panel on the front and back. The print is clear and colorful, just as in the picture, and the black of the sleeves and sides has an attractive slight sheen to it. It fits perfectly - I got a size medium and I'm 5'5,132 pounds. The seams are tidy and the drape is beautiful and the whole thing looks high quality to me. I'm so surprised. Online, there were so many bad reviews that I assumed the good reviews were fake. I'm going back for more.

This website is a total scam that I fell for. Pictures are so cute, clothing looks adorable. But it's a very cheap quality straight from a sweatshop in China. The items reek of smoke and I'm certain they will fall apart after one wash. Also watch out for RomWe.com -- it is the same type of clothing scam.

Receive damaged merchandise and non operating email supplied by PAY PAL. Must return at your shipping cost with tracking costing more than item. PayPal does not stand with their buyers and they are not stupid to know this is a scam operation. Yet they dont do the right thing. Will not use PAY PAL again... they suck as much as Rotita.

I wish Id seen the reviews before I ordered. Their website shows super cute clothing. Delivery took over a month. Items bore no resemblance to the website. Many were of very poor quality. The refund process turned into a negotiation. I had no idea I could not get a full refund. Upon a second request they did offer 80% and I could keep the clothes. Theres no way Ill wear them so Im not sure what Ill do with them.Im a little worried I wont actually get that refund. Dont buy from them! I never will again.

Scamming going On!

I have never ordered from LiliGal, however, I went to their site out of curiousity. I wanted to see their address. I figured it was located somewhere in China. I have dealt these past few months with a retail clothing company based in China, but also located in the U.S.( City of Industry, CA.). There is something going on with retail businesses in China, how they are conducting their business and how they are dealing with their customers. They are truly SCAMMING us! They apparently are charging credit cards quickly, but shipping customers' orders out slowly... sometimes the customer does not receive their orders at all! The clothing featured on their sites--more times than not--is nothing close to what we ordered! Completely different! Or the sizes may be off--often too small-- or the material is poor quality and the item is very cheap looking! I reported one of these retailers, "Just Fashion Now", to the Federal Trade Commission, but I do not think checking into retail clothing stores scamming customers is something that is a priority with them. We have to be vigilant ourselves dealing with these companies! I suggest before you even consider ordering that you FIRST read their RETURN/REFUND policies. And if returns are made OUT of the country--PASS doing business with them completely!

I bought clothes online from a China before. The quality is horrible, some of the clothes I gave to the poor some were such bad quality I threw them in the garbage with the tags on. Too cheap to even give to the needy. And sides got no one. Dont kid yourself theres a reason the clothes are so cheap. The return policy is ridiculous. They count on you not returning the items cause shipping is too $$ how do they get away with this $#*!!

My order took more than 30 days and it does not fit. Tried to login to my account for returns and now they don't know me.
Do not waste your money. There is no one to talk to that handles "after the sale" issues. Once they have your money it all over. If I could put less than 1 star I would.
Not to mention that quality is cheap.

How can this still going on? They are SCAMMING PEOPLE!

Totally deceptive return policy. Took a number of attempts to get the address they specified to return merchandise and when I spent an hour getting to and standing in line at the post office was told it would be $58 to ship it back. Not happening, and I'm sure that's what they count on.

I ordered a sweater on Dec 19th then on Jan 9th I finally get tracking information saying it was in Chicago in transit to me in Houston, as I sit here today Feb 1st I still haven't received it! I've tried to contact the company a few times with no response. I finally called my back to file a dispute and they credited me back my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They take your money and don't send you your order!

I ordered a blouse and realised it was the wrong item so I asked for a complete refund a day after my order was placed on paypal. The service was extremely good and I was paid in full refund with no questions asked and no difficulties. A great service. I can't comment on their products as I have never had anything from them but service good.
