Do not expect to be able to return or even exchange. This group makes things so difficult to return that you might as well just donate the merchandise to charity. L This is not a good site. I ordered three tops. One was a decent fit and not bad quality but the other two were labeled XL but are more like a size 12. They were way too small. I have tried and tried to get a return but evidently they do not want to hear about it. Never again. Stay away from this site.

I ordered cloths for the good reviews on Liligal.com. But, my first partial order seriously delayed, and the quality were very bad, very thin fabric of Winter/Fall sweatshirt that can see through and bad hem/stitch. Then I found they open stores on Amazon.com and the price were much cheaper. The Liligal.com overpriced the products and posted the false descriptions and pictures.

I wish I would have checked reviews before I placed my order. What I really believe is deceitful is that no where on the Rotita website does it indicate you are ordering from China... it took them 6 days just to process my order and another 3 weeks after that to get my order. When I contacted them 3 times, their answers made no sense and the English used was so poor it was then I realized I was dealing with another country. Had I known from the get-go that this company is located in China, I would have never order. I believe this should be noted some where on their website. I, too, received no packing slip with my order, and, there is no label on the inside of the blouse indicating what type of material the blouse consists of and how to clean... I can only imagine that this will shrivel to nothing after the first wash. So sorry I did not check out reviews about Rotita before I ordered.

I loved the black and white top I purchased from Liliga which was the first thing I bought from the site. L. Bsfore I wore it I washed it in a gentle cycle and dried it according to the instructions in the garment. To my dismay the sewing on one side of the pin tucked front had all unraveled on one side. So I never wore the poorly sewn garment, and I will nsved purchase anything ffom this site again. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SITE'S POOR QUALITY GARMENTS!

I ordered a bunch of items from what has to be this same company but under a different name. The clothing they display on web site are adorable & well made but what you get is not. They make them in a sweat shop in Shanghai & they arrive weeks or months later, smelling of stale cigarette, looking like they were made in a HS home ec class. There is no brand label inside. They are sized too small. Save your money & only order from legitimate stores here in the U.S.

UGH! Spent over $200! After checking on my shipping status and finding out that they have absolutely no record of my order or my ticket or invoice numbers. Not only that, their email is bogus too! It came back as a fail mail. Their chat line is not working. I am so mad! So I put in a complaint to paypal to get my full refund and I am trying to cancel this order. Then I tried to log into my LiliGal account (first time buyer) and they have no record of my email. REALLY? This company is BOGUS AND FRAUDULENT! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Wish I had read the reviews. I should of known better. They get NO STARS! But had to give 1 to submit this.

Ordered 4 tops on January 21,2018. On 1/23, I received a shipment notice splitting my order. The email had a few sentence structure issues, but what bothered me was email advised I could track shipments thru usps, but the tracking #'s didn't work, and weren't even in the right format. The refund promise was 50% if items were not received by March 8th, and 100% if not received by March 23rd. I received all 4 items, 1/2 on 2/2 and the rest 2/8. The only label in any of them was the washing instructions. No names or sizes. The material weights were not bad, and only 1 pattern was butt ugly. I am not interested in any additional contact, so I will keep the items, and be glad I paid through PayPal. BTW, the shipments were from Shanghai, China.

Liligal comes across as a legitimate, chic clothing line but beware before you fall for the cute photos that make the clothing look fantastic. The craftsmanship or lack thereof reminds me of junior high home ec class projects of "my first attempt at sewing". Poor quality fabric, poor everything and I'm sure each article will fall apart during the first laundering. I bought $150 worth of tops, 5 to be axact, each selling for about $30. It took over a month to receive the package, thrown together in a soft wrap fashion. 4 out of the 5 tops fit me, BTW... better order XL because they run extra small. The 5th top was so small, I could barely pull it over my head. When I attempted to find out the process of returning it, I was given the option of 50% refund of that item or else pay an exorbitant shipping fee back to Hong Kong. I opted for the partial refund and learned a lesson.

Horrible clothes! They don't look anything like the pictures these are probably cheap knock offs of what is shown in the pictures. The thing they call the sweatshirt is a very thin cheap material and too small. The denim jacket is the ugliest boxy looking thing I've ever seen and too big. It took a month to arrive! No where does it say the clothes are shipped direct from Shanghai. No point in even trying to return, I think I will just say lesson learned and will do my homework before buying online again!

I truly wish I had read the online reviews before I ordered anything from this company... I would not have wasted the money. I ordered four tops... the fabric for ALL of them is cheap, flimsy and smelled like stale cigarettes. The website does not allow you to write a review, so hopefully others will see these public site reviews and learn from my lesson! Also, the shipping took FOREVER. When I filed a ticket to cancel the order, they suddenly shipped everything immediately. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The clothing you receive will not fit properly, will not be of even minimal quality and returns are almost impossible.
