Delivered very quickly. Bought 5 bikinis. Most were the size as advertised. Only one bottom was slightly too tight but wearable. Did not have to return any, so don't know what the return process and refund is like from the U.K

Do not order!

My package went missing somewhere along the way due to Royal Mail! The customer service at Rotita is atrocious, their responses are robotic and make no sense, trying to get a refund is proving an impossible task so if you have any issues you can rest assured they won't be fixed.

Not happy with shipping as after order placed 4 weeks ago (Nov 28)... did not arrive in time for holidays (Dec 24) and I ended up having to purchase gifts elsewhere at last minute. Rotita could not give me a date when it would be received and still have not done so. I have requested refund. Their customer service was nice, however, but lacking in shipping information.

Ripped off
February 17, 2019

Bought 3 shirts for nearly $80. Received, look nothing like pictures, material feels look ke crepe paper, fit is horrible. I've been contacting them everyday for 2 weeks as you need a return auth #. They never contact me back & my 30 days is almost up. This company is a scam. They are in China. Buyer beware!

This is the only online site I trust to buy my clothes. Ordered a beautiful top, it came without any problem! Looks exactly as in photo. Free shipping and they always have specific measurement for each item. Good quality and you can't beat the price! Great website! Would definitely recommend!

I bought a couple of dresses for my partner before Christmas 2015 and they were pretty good. Not the best finishing off of the clothes but the style and prices were great. Some would say too low. The dresses took approx. 2-3 weeks delivery to UK from China. I did get emails at the time of order and tracking info so I could track them. Loads of emails followed with money off vouchers up until approx. 3 or 4 days ago but looking this morning looks like their website has been taken down. I assume they've gone bust rather than a scam. I think the people who ordered and didn't get a confirmation email or they did but no garment arrived prob just when they went out of business. Credit card or Paypal orders should mean you'll get a refund.

Everything is good

I purchased a Black White Long Sleeve Striped T-Shirt from Rotita.com. I got the delivery as mentioned, delivery and product was fine. I've gotten compliments on how stylish this dress looks. Support service is very good. I’m planning to buy a few more for gifting later to my cousins.

I love the T-shirt, the material is good quality, small knit, has stretch, but does not get all stretched out like some of my other tee's. So you can wear it more than once without washing & it still looks great.

A company with no regard for customer service. Delivery cycle not indicated when clothing was ordered. "We will send out products in 1-4 working days" is totally misleading.
Still waiting despite my credit card being charged.
This company should not be in business.

Avoid a purchase

Wish Id read reviews before I purchased. As mentioned nothing like picture very very poor quality material poor sizing poorly made. Absolutely impossible to contact this company even though they display a returns policy forget it. Its a big RIP OFF

SCAM SITE

They are criminals!
Order did not arrive
Have been trying to get my money back since October 2015.
It is March 2016 now!
It's as if they're on a home computer only responding when they feel like it, in very poor English too.
Very frustrating indeed.
