Delivered very quickly. Bought 5 bikinis. Most were the size as advertised. Only one bottom was slightly too tight but wearable. Did not have to return any, so don't know what the return process and refund is like from the U.K
My package went missing somewhere along the way due to Royal Mail! The customer service at Rotita is atrocious, their responses are robotic and make no sense, trying to get a refund is proving an impossible task so if you have any issues you can rest assured they won't be fixed.
I really enjoy Rotita.com selection and their great style. In my experience this has always been an awesome shop to rely on for gifts that women love. They're fast, friendly, fashionable, and reliable. Very fun and cool brand
Not happy with shipping as after order placed 4 weeks ago (Nov 28)... did not arrive in time for holidays (Dec 24) and I ended up having to purchase gifts elsewhere at last minute. Rotita could not give me a date when it would be received and still have not done so. I have requested refund. Their customer service was nice, however, but lacking in shipping information.
Bought 3 shirts for nearly $80. Received, look nothing like pictures, material feels look ke crepe paper, fit is horrible. I've been contacting them everyday for 2 weeks as you need a return auth #. They never contact me back & my 30 days is almost up. This company is a scam. They are in China. Buyer beware!

This is the only online site I trust to buy my clothes. Ordered a beautiful top, it came without any problem! Looks exactly as in photo. Free shipping and they always have specific measurement for each item. Good quality and you can't beat the price! Great website! Would definitely recommend!
I bought a couple of dresses for my partner before Christmas 2015 and they were pretty good. Not the best finishing off of the clothes but the style and prices were great. Some would say too low. The dresses took approx. 2-3 weeks delivery to UK from China. I did get emails at the time of order and tracking info so I could track them. Loads of emails followed with money off vouchers up until approx. 3 or 4 days ago but looking this morning looks like their website has been taken down. I assume they've gone bust rather than a scam. I think the people who ordered and didn't get a confirmation email or they did but no garment arrived prob just when they went out of business. Credit card or Paypal orders should mean you'll get a refund.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, luckily my order was only one item, ordered it over a week ago and their website says shipment sent within 3 days. I have learned a good lesson and will never from this site again!
I purchased a Black White Long Sleeve Striped T-Shirt from Rotita.com. I got the delivery as mentioned, delivery and product was fine. I've gotten compliments on how stylish this dress looks. Support service is very good. I’m planning to buy a few more for gifting later to my cousins.
I love the T-shirt, the material is good quality, small knit, has stretch, but does not get all stretched out like some of my other tee's. So you can wear it more than once without washing & it still looks great.
A company with no regard for customer service. Delivery cycle not indicated when clothing was ordered. "We will send out products in 1-4 working days" is totally misleading.
Still waiting despite my credit card being charged.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Everything I bought fit perfectly and is very comfortable. Other purchases from online sites the clothing has been itchy or made of poor quality material. But these are stretchy and breathable
I was wary with the first order, but since then must have ordered at least a half dozen tops. They fit great; they're versatile, comfortable, wash well--and they just plain feel good to wear. Love them.
Nothing to say about Rotita, simply the best. Low prices and fast service with guarantees that are awesome. Purchased many things and when I had some problems, staff was amazing and solved any issue, eventually sending refunds.
I ordered 4 bathing suits. They were very poor quality and sized incorrectly. The return process is a joke! This company has horrible customer service and no way to get in touch with them. I would stay clear of this SCAM!
Wish Id read reviews before I purchased. As mentioned nothing like picture very very poor quality material poor sizing poorly made. Absolutely impossible to contact this company even though they display a returns policy forget it. Its a big RIP OFF

Just like hundreds who have complained before me, do not buy from this company. It's a scam. Product is cheap and knock-offs. No returns are possible as they are in China. Offers 50% refund if you go away!
I've ordered many items from Rotita. Communication had been quick and constant. Products were shipped within and agreeable time frame. Returns, even single beds, are easy and hassle free. Customer service is top notch.
They are criminals!
Order did not arrive
Have been trying to get my money back since October 2015.
It is March 2016 now!
It's as if they're on a home computer only responding when they feel like it, in very poor English too.
