Your site claims it takes 3-5 days to process not 21 days! After 21 days nearly everything I ordered was still being processed. The items that did ship have still not been delivered and it's now been 27 days, that's ridiculous after the items were claiming that they would be delivered before Christmas

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM!

Do not order from rose wholesale! I place 4 lg orders on nov. 24 and 1 lg order on dec. 5 totaling over $1250. These orders were every single gift I purchased for my family for Christmas and every item I ordered said it would be delivered well before Christmas, but the website show that everything in all 5 orders except maybe 5 items is still being processed as of today 12/18/17. This company has completely ruined Christmas for me! I can't afford to buy more gifts and I have to wait for a refund that will most likely take forever the ways this company does things! Wonderin his Canada has something like the BBB because someone should report them after all I read in these reviews. NEVER AGAIN!

When you try to leave an honest review on their website, they will not post it. Well there is more than one way to skin a cat and that is what this wig looks like, a dishelved mangy cat sitting on top of my head. Don't and I mean don't order a wig from this place. I ordered the Short Side Bang Straight Flip Feathered Bob Synthetic Wig - Black and it looked nothing and I mean nothing like the picture posted on their website. No feathered layers, just straight and blah and it sheds like like crazy. I refuse to be dishonest and leave a favorable review when that is not the case.

Update: 12/28/2017
After they reached out to me on December 21st regarding my review and offered to see if they could fix the problem, I have yet to hear back from them after they asked for my order number and I sent it to them. My conclusion, the company is full of it. They know they can't back up their offer because they don't have that exact style wig that is on their site, so instead of being forthcoming, they ignore you. It's okay, lesson learned. My friendly advice, if you decide to order a wig from this company, watch a few youtubers give their review on their wigs and merchandise.

Update: Fast Forward to May 2018
This place has got to be kidding me. Almost six months after this crap (I already moved on), this company had the audacity to send me an email asking me to review this crappy wig they sent me on their website? Stop, just stop!

Ordered one dress on 11/18 for a Christmas party in December. - Card was charged on 11/18.
No word from them so I emailed about my order status on 12/4, finally on 12/5 they send an email saying they shipped the order (18 days after I ordered) - Xmas party was on the 3rd so that was a waste.
Tracking shows it is now between China and the US, as it has been since 12/10 (10 days over the ocean, maybe a shark ate it?)
Reached out to cancel/get a refund, no reply. Maybe I can wear it for Valentines Day if it gets here by then?

I'll stick with Dress Lilly - they're also based out of China but they're orders get here quick and are quality products.

1. Shoddy seamstress work and shoddy fabrics. Nothing like the photos on the site.
2. Their express delivery is NOT express. I ordered two dresses on 12/7 and paid $17.99 for the fastest delivery they have. But I didnt receive my package until 12/19.
3. I worry about credit card fraud and identity theft. Right after I ordered from the site and complained I havent received my package after a week, I was informed by my email service provider that somebody tried to get into my email. I used that email address for the ordering. Luckily I didnt use the same password. I dont know if its just a coincidence.
Anyway I regret buy from the site and have my information in their database. I dont trust them.

Great Website!

Great website with awesome prices, interesting products. The staff there are very friendly.
The website has a lot to look at and browse and it is constantly updated.
Occasionally there are fun chances to win vouchers for special events such as Halloween or Christmas.
Shipping can be a little slow, but it's always worth the wait. One of my items ran out of stock but I was offered a refund/replacement almost right away. Very professional.

Fake site fake goods

Orderd a xmas jumper weeks and weeks ago still not ARRIVED. Contracted customer services only to be told that there is nothing that can be done. And its on its way. I was mislead to thinking it was coming from USA on line retail only to find it cheap good from china were it being shipped from my advive stay clear of this dodgy website

I guess I'm still a little better off than most because I received my order but was UPSET when I was charged more than what I signed up for. My purchase was $82. (which included insurance, shipping & handling) but was charged $120+ on my credit card because Rosewholesale.com said my original bill was in US dollars! Huh?! I ordered from Canada and they said they had to convert that to US$. NOWHERE in their website, in the invoice or receipt that they emailed me was it indicated that the $82 was in US currencies! In the other webistes that I bought from the currency was clearly indicated and the amount automatically change depending on the country you're ordering from. They were not willing to return the difference that was charged to me. On top of that the quality of the merchandise (they show on the net) was way below what they sent me. I didn't want to waste my energy and time on these CHEATERS so I just paid my credit card the bigger amount of money they charged me. BUT just today I got an invoice from fedex saying I owe them $21. For duty and taxes for my package. I told them I didn't get their services but I was told that Rosewholesale.com gave them my personal information so they (fededx) can bill me the taxes for the package. Giving clients' personal information to a third party is illegal! I AM SO MAD AT THESE SWINDLERS! I called them to clarify the issue and was told that those duties and taxes were "unavoidable" charges I have to pay. Huh?! Really!? I told the representative that there was no mention of that in their website but she flatly said that's how it is and I have to pay for it. I asked the representative how can they sleep at night knowing they're cheating people out of their hard earned money! She just said that's how it is and I have to pay fedex period. PLEASE if you're even thinking of buying even one item from them, STOP! Or risk being robbed by these DOUBLE-CROSSERS! Does anyone know where and how one can file a complaint against these SCAMMERS? They have to BE STOPPED!

Scam

This is the same company as rosegal dresslily and several others. Only postive is they are cheap. But they take your money and never send the mmerchandise even when you pay for the faster delivery. I contacted them several times in a 2 week time frame and received bull$#*! auto responses. Finally received a full refund when I threatened to report them to paypal. Your live chat is never active, phone numbers are never answered because of the time! Doesn't matter what time of day you try to contact them.

Fantastic Service

I was absolutely satisfied with my shopping experience at Rosewholesale.com. Their website is easy to navigate to find exactly what I was looking for. Being in Australia means we often have to wait a while for goods to be delivered but my package was hear in no time flat! The prices on Rosewholesale are way better than any other similar online store and the range is incredible. Ridiculous

Don't order from here. I made &paid for an order only to find out one item had been discontinued. So they offered to exchange it for another item. I took that option which was slightly more expensive so I paid the difference. From then on it was a nightmare as they said I'd made two orders and tried to charge me for both and just didn't send the order out at all. Terrible customer service. A pack off rip offs

Worst service ever.

I ordered a coat and a watch back on november 28th. I payed extra money to get in up to 3-7 days. They gave me tracking numbers, which i think is pure BS. The first number tracked my item SHIPPED AND DELIVERED in Dalton, GA. I live in QC, Canada. The second number still, to this day, track my coat in JAPAN. It's been 3 weeks. I am forced to order on Amazon because i'm sure i won't see that $#*!ing coat before christmas, and I was supposed to receive it within 7 days.
Congratulations, you lost another customer. $#*!tiest company ever, worst service. Oh and I bought a watch since the one i ordered is lost somewhere in the world.

I am Impressed

So, although i was not satisfied with the product itself, I was very impressed with the shipping time and with the customer support afterwards, I received a full refund immediately. I encourage buyers to order from Rose and double check the measurements for the items you are ordering, generally you will be 2 sizes higher than your normal size, so Large would be 2XL etc.
