I placed three orders in one day and I had a great experience, an experience with a few items that were lacking in quality and my last order was awful and it made my college age daughter upset. She cried, the sizes were completely off.
I know all shopping comes with risks so that one experience may not stop me from ordering again, the shotty refund however may.

Tried to cancel order 30 minutes after purchasing on Sunday morning and of course PayPal had already relinquished funds. Contacting customer service from rosewood is totally impossible and surly designed that way

Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this site. I should have my head examined for not researching this company first! Like most of the reviews I've read (after the fact) the expedited shipping is a myth. Received my order 21 days after I ordered it (supposed to be a max of 7). That's actually not why I'm upset. The garments I ordered were grossly undersized. I ordered an overcoat in 5X even though I'm a 1 or 2X (thinking I could get it taken in if it was way oversized) and it still fits like a medium. The slacks I ordered in 38 (my waist is 32) were so small I couldn't get one leg in. I had to double check to make sure I didn't order children's clothes. I didn't, it was men's, but the clothing chart doesn't make sense. Even then, I wasn't upset. It has been impossible to reach anyone in customer service. The phone is out of order, and the site says it's crashed. Now I'm upset! I finally got an email address for customer support, but I've received nothing but automated responses. I had to call PayPal to have them sort it out. It will be another 2 weeks before i receive the refund. I don't know how this company stays in business. They need to add a 0 to the rating scale, to truly balance out the fake 5's they have on here! As I said in the beginning, please stay far far away!

I ordered a fingerling toy for Christmas, waited a very long time for it (almost double what was confirmed) and it was a very cheap knock off and I was charged the same as toys r us was selling the real toy for. Will never use or recommend this site again

Around December 15th I ordered 2 dresses, one for my wife, and one for her sister. They were both to be Christmas gifts, but the one for my sister-in-law was a mrs. Claus dress for her to wear on Christmas Eve. I even paid over $20 extra shipping to ensure that it would be delivered by Friday December 22nd no later than 8 p.m. It is now December 26th and I still have never received my order. Ordered 11/25, paid expedited shipping. Site claims it will process in few days, which would of been first week of December. According to tracking, the order shipped less then a week ago from some foreign Country. Fed Ex still showing it is out of the Country. 12 pairs of Christmas Pj's that will deliver AFTER Christmas. No thank you. I want a full refund if I cannot get Christmas Pajamas until AFTER Christmas. No hint of any of this when they took my credit card, and now at the 11th hour I get notice that they will be in on 27-28th. Phone number they provide states its out of order. Emailed customer service twice and got same auto response..."be patient". Seriously. No doubt this is all a scam.
