I ordered 3 items either XL or XXL, they were all too small for my 5 year old grandson, let alone my large frame. It was if they re-tagged Small items to XL/XXL just to make the sale. Then I attempted to return and get my money back and no luck. The refund terms they showed me are different than what is on their website. They promised 30% of what I paid for the items, but after 4 months, I've yet to see any refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Buy from known, recognized reputable companies. This is NOT one of them.

I ran across this website look at the beautiful wigs they have, and a VERY VERY great price it was to good to be true. I order two wigs hoping they could and would be there i placed my order on the 10th of January i haven't got my package yet AND ITS THE 18TH OF JAN. I am very upset with this. Its hard because i would like to order more from this site but IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE YOU HAVE TO ORDER TWO MONTH AHEAD OF TIME. NEVER COMING BACK

I noticed I had an unexplained charge on my paypal early Dec. Paypal said make the complaint with the company. The purchase was made on Nov 25,2017. I noticed the charge on Dec 1. By the time Paypal did its investigation Rosegal was alerted on Dec. 8th. Firstly, there 1-800 number is a non working number and every message given or received via email is through their messaging site. When I made the complaint I was immediately refunded $20 of the $60 charged without refute. So I contacted them again about the refund discrepancy. But they stated I was refunded. I sent them my bank account transaction info to which they responded my package was enroute and was delayed due to "bad weather" and to monitor the tracking info for delivery. I re explained that I did not make the purchase nor had received anything to warrant them holding my money. But AGAIN they said "your package is on its way."
On the "tracking" info they told me to review said delivery should have been made 8-10 business days of the purchase date of Nov 25th... it is now Jan 17,2018 and there has been no product or refund. Its a shame because this site promotes itself as a legitimate business but obviously I was scammed out of forty something bucks :(

Everything´s really cheap, fast delivery, and high quality products, great team. I am a fan of RoseWholeSale, i definitely recommend it :)

I love shopping online here, they constantly have good sales or offer other ways to get discounts on your order. They have lots of unusual and fun pieces, vintage dresses and swimsuits, cool jewelry and wigs, Goth and steampunk thing. Figuring out your size can be hit or miss, especially if youre a petite like me. Prices are really affordable. Shipping takes a while and costs a bit but thats not unusual, coming from China. Customet service is awesome, really quick and they do returns with no hassle.

This site has become my favorite online shopping place. The clothes I've gotten have all been cheap, good quality, and look great. Haven't had any shipping problems either. The only downside is the lack of a small size on some items.

Im making another review because they tell me they have other shipping methods, yet they still have 3-7 days as their expedited methods before we make the purchase! Had I known that it was bs, I wouldnt even had make a purchase! And on top of that, if you return your items, you have to pay for the shipping even though theyre the ones who messed up! Its trickery! False Advertisement! I want to bring this business down. Im guessing Im going to have to do my research! Maybe even a petition. I want them investigated and people to see how they trick customers into buying their products. Good businesses take care of customers and thats how they prosper. Not trick people into buying generic products and pay more for shipping!

So, I paid for expedited shipping, which is suppose to be 3-7 days. I even have a screenshot of it, but a customer representative told me that expedited shipping is 7-10 days! I selected the 3-7 days for a reason and I also paid for it to be shipped within those days! That's false advertisement! I want to make this known so that they lose business because they don't deserve the money I or others paid! And then, I try to email them about issues I have and I can't even put in my email, which is required! If you ask me... they're just a horrible money hungry company! I want this to be known!

If somebody wants to buy cheap clothes with a great quality I'll recommend to buy in this site, is the best so far in this area.

IDK WHERE TO START! THEY'RE SOOOOO EPRFECT! I purchased on 25th december and it arrived neatly and nicely, i used cheap shipping method still i got free tracking number, the clothes texture is like silky soft and beautiful also, i will purcxahse from this site again in the future tbh, they're like so kind also when you message them on customer service centre

The dress on Facebook looked lovely. I pictured myself wearing it with pearls and paten shoes as I walked down my staircase to my guests. I know right, how magical... till the dress didn't come. Ordered and paid for the dress on November 20,2017 and today on January 10,2018 I still have no dress. Crappy company with crappy responses that I swear were written by a 2 year old. Never ever deal with this company. They ship from China and my shipment never came.
