Love it

I received my order in 7 days which was great. My shoes are beautiful just a little tight around the top part of foot only if it came in half sizes or wide but i can wear them, i love them. More beautiful than the picture. I also bought 2 set of jewerly and they are perfect. Thanks. I read a lot of reviews about how bad this company is but from my orders i will be ordering again. P. S can you please put sizes in american sizes I wear a size 18 but i don't know what size to get from your size chart. Love your company. Thanks

Rose Wholesale has 1,000's of product to choose from. I recently purchased four pairs of pants and a corset for my wife, and I receive my order fast. All the items I ordered were packaged well and had absolutely no defects in the clothing. Everything that was ordered was true to size and fit perfectly. I was even able to track my order with ease. I'm an all around happy customer due to Rose Wholesale. I've had bad online shopping experiences in the oast, but Rose Wholesale has open my eyes and shown me that there are still good online businesses that care about the customer and not just making money. I purchased several items, and was very skeptical because I was concerned that at such a low price the items would have to sacrifice quality. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them and they fitted exactly as the measurements had said they would, and were well made! I absolutely love my vintage dress - it's the best one I've found and it was cheap as chips! Will definitely be back again!

I ordered three blouses recently. I received two, but one was sized so badly it didn't come close to fitting. They promised me a replacement and said to give the other to charity, which I did. Unfortunately, the replacement never came (it's been close to 2 months now) and the third blouse never arrived, either. I have complained at least 3 times and have been told they were shipped. The tracking info on both only have them making it to some dispursement place in China and never leaving there. I have just requested a refund for those two blouses, but don't have much hope of getting it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, which is sad because I was so excited to find it and the products were so cute. Like the old saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't.

I have ordered twice now on Rose Wholesale and am in the process of placing a third order. They have got lovely clothes at real, wholesale prices and, generally, the measurements match, and the quality is good. The only thing I will caution users about is the sizing - double check the measurements and do not order based on the fact that you're a medium here in New Zealand. The sizes run much smaller than average. Also, the maxim of "You get what you pay for" applies here. If an item is very cheap (under $10NZD), then be cautious. The quality you are sacrificing may not be worth the dollars saved.

I ordered two men's watches. They said it could take up to 25 business days. It's now been 51 business days and no watches. I have submitted several support tickets which have gone unanswered.

Rose Wholesale wrote telling me to send a request to Customer Service. I have submitted over seven support tickets which all have gone unanswered. They suggested that the watches are at my post office. I checked with my local post office and they have nothing from Rose Wholesale. They then suggested that I haven't given it enough time. They obviously did not check my order or they would know it has exceeded the 25 business days they claimed it would take.

If you want the same merchandise and actually receive it, try TopHatter. You bid but you actually receive your merchandise.

If you like throwing or burning money, ROSE WHOLESALE is for you.

I thought that by the costs of shipping, that I would get items quickly. NOT!
Items ordered in November for Christmas never arrived on time. I did get a partial order a month later, and the rest just showed up. IT IS FEBRUARY!
They also gave me a partial refund on shipping, nice considering I STILL DO NOT HAVE ITEMS!

The customer service is really good... at stringing you along. They finally said if I did not get it by January 24th they would give me a refund. Of course they neglected to tell you they would be closed for two weeks starting the 26th!

I would tell EVERYONE thinking of shopping with them to NOT. Help put them OUT OF BUSINESS!

Of course they will give you a phony SO SORRY, to make you feel better!

I have send several messages since but still nobody has reply. Says that my order has been shipped partially but I didn't receive no shipping information. If you want your products the next day, maybe don't go here. But if your looking for the greatest products at even better prices and are willing to wait this is the place to shop! My order experience was great. A few of my items were back ordered but rosewholesale was quick and efficient at letting me know and offered to either refund the items or letting me know I could also wait. As I really wanted the items I waited. They both came in in great condition and are now two of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. I appreciate the price and quality of your products, as a sewer it is difficult for me to purchase items that I can make for less but I do not fear that with rosewholesale. I know I am getting a quality product for a more than incredible price! I recommend contacting them through facebook messenger as this was the fastest response I got, I was contacted back by them with in 24 hours. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I am not a business owner just a woman that loves to purchase good fitting comfortable, affordable clothes designed for comfort and leisure, plus i like my every day wear to be suitable to wear for all occasions and like the material against my skin not to be to clingy and irritable when in contact with my skin.
I have bought clothes from many retailers, but have found ordering from overseas lines that the designers design differently and the clothes designs are very creative.

Fantastic website

I'm always leery of websites that popup on facebook, but I saw a blouse that I really liked and decided to check it out. Shopping was easy and options, plus variety is amazing. I ordered the blouse in my size, however the sizes are smaller than stated. My daughter loved my blouse so much, I gave it to her, and just ordered 1 size larger. (I do like blouses on the looser side). When I thought the order was late, I contacted customer service, and they were great! I received my delivery within a day

I saw their suggested post ad on Facebook, and loved what I saw (internet magic always knows how to market what an individual wants) a dress similar to many I've looked at before on other websites. At the bargain basement price of $15 I thought why not take a chance and try it out. If it's no good, I'm only out $25 (I paid 10 Estrada for faster shipping) and using PayPal makes me feel even better about making any purchases online. After making the order I googles customer reviews and read this site... I felt a pit in my stomach! I was so disappointed and sad that I had purchased based on what I was reading here! I was pleasantly surprised that only 8 day after my order I had my package in hand. I immediately tore it open and was so pleased it's perfect and exactly what I ordered and so much more than what I expected. It fits beautifully and true to size. It is exactly what I've been looking for for a few year but couldn't stomach the thought of paying hundreds of dollars for. I knew I had to come back and leave a review here just because of such a positive experience, I am now so glad I didn't see these other reviews before ordering because I wouldn't have ordered, and I'm so glad I did! Such beautiful dresses and I can't wait to order more! I wish I could post a photo!
